Jeg ønskede en gondoltur for min gruppe på 4 personer med serenade i vores gondol og skrev flere gange til Headout for at sikre mig det. Denne oplevelse er med grupper på 5 personer pr. gondol og grupper med flere gondoler. Sangeren kører i den centrale gondol sammen med de heldige, der får lov til at køre med ham. I vores tilfælde satte vores gondolier os sidst i gruppen, og man kunne næsten ikke høre ham. Jeg tog også en tur på Canal Grande, som ikke er sådan, at de krydser den til den anden side for at slutte sig til alle gondolerne og stå over for hinanden for at komme ind gennem den første gyde, og de laver ikke en rundvisning eller forklaring af bygningerne på Canal Grande. Det inkluderer også en virtuel 3D-oplevelse af det gamle Venedig på engelsk og en kort forklaring også på engelsk af din guide, indtil du når gondolen, og på trods af at alle guiderne taler spansk, og halvdelen af gruppen var spansktalende, havde han ikke lyst til at tale på begge sprog. There was nothing to love about the experience. When we arrived at the meeting point there was someone who told us the 6:30 pm ride was cancelled because of rainy weather. I called the local tour partner number to tell them and ask for a refund and their office was closed. I also tried to call the toll free number at head out and the call was answered by what sounded like a fax machine. Please refund my cancellation amount to my American Express card ending with 11002. We had to leave Venice this morning to return to America.
You will go on a delightful gondola ride through the Grand Canal of Venice where life has been deep-rooted to Venetian tradition and has remained an immutable city. The stunning buildings with their facades facing the canals have each a story to tell about Venice. Your experience of Venice from the serene waters of the canal will be heightened with a serenade. Your gondola will be a part of a flotilla of gondolas where one of them will have a singer and musician on board. You can enjoy the pleasant music as you cruise along the canals watching the city pass by. You will cruise along Canal Grande and minor canals around San Marco square and Rialto. The twilight and the city’s lights create a magical time when you can imagine Venice in all its glory!
In addition to everything else, you'll also have the delightful experience of being gifted a Carnival Mask, enhancing the overall enjoyment of the occasion.
