Billetsystemet var virkelig irriterende. Da vi ankom til sporvognen, fik vi at vide, at det ikke var nødvendigt at bestille, og at vi kunne stige på, når vi havde lyst! Lidt bekymret over, at elefanttyren så lidt stresset ud?

Normalt er jeg ikke fan af zoologiske haver, men jeg har besøgt Singapore Zoo to gange tidligere i løbet af dagen. Jeg elskede at se et stort udvalg af dyr i natlige omgivelser, i hvad der virker som gode indhegninger.

Jeg var sammen med min familie, 3some. Jeg bestilte ikke tid efter at have bestilt mine billetter, som var fulde den dag. Lige da vi troede, at vi måtte komme tilbage en anden dag, var en kvindelig medarbejder så sød at lukke os ind efter at have taget et billede af vores tidspunkter til næste dag. Hun reddede vores dag! 😃

Headout-personalet svarede hurtigt på mine spørgsmål. Hvis tidspunkterne for sporvognsturen kan være mere eksplicitte, før kunderne køber billetten, vil det være mere nyttigt for dem at træffe passende beslutninger til individuelle behov. Hjemmesiden er nu kun til betaling først. De tilgængelige tidsintervaller kommer, når betalingen er gennemført. For en turist med tidsbegrænsninger kan systemet forbedres ved at angive ledige tidspunkter, før kunden beslutter, om han vil købe billetten eller ej. Jeg fandt ud af, at de tilgængelige tidspunkter var for sene for mig, og at betalingen ikke kunne refunderes. I sådan en situation havde jeg brug for, at personalet fortalte mig, om det var tilladt for mig at tage i zoologisk have tidligere, selv om jeg skulle vente på stedet for at tage sporvognen. Det var ret frustrerende at være bekymret, mens man glædede sig til at besøge den zoologiske have! Jeg sætter pris på jeres hjælp og håber, at denne feedback kan være med til at forbedre systemet.   • Once you receive the ticket, please secure your preferred date and timeslot in advance before visiting the parks from the below link here.

  • Upon confirmation of the date/time via the link, there is no change of timeslot upon e-ticket with barcode being issued.

  • Identification may be required upon redemption.

  • Facilities: Wheelchairs, Lockers, Nursing rooms, and First-aid stations and Strollers for a small fee.

  • Please note that booking of seats for the presentation is required and can be made on the booking portal 2 hours before each presentation here.

Singapore Zoo

  • Singapore Zoo will be closed earlier than usual on Feb 13, 2025 due to the annual Mandai Wildlife Group Dinner & Dance Event. Last entry is at 4pm and the venue will be closed 5pm. Nigh Safari will continue as usual.

  • Once you receive the ticket, please secure your preferred date and timeslot in advance before visiting the parks from the below link here.
