Treffpunkt war gut zu finden. Alles war gut organisiert. Unsere Guide Ilaria hat die Führung mit uns durch die Uffizien gemacht. Sie war sehr zielorientiert und hat das wichtigste gut auf den Punkt gebracht. Sehr zu empfehlen. Die Tour durch die Galleria del Accademia, hatten wir als Guide eine sehr aufgeweckte Erzählerin, Namens Monica. Es war sehr informativ, und ist auf unsere Fragen eingegangen. Vielen Dank für dieses unvergessliches Erlebnis.

Difficult finding the rep in the first place as so crowded and no signs. But once found the rep and the guide especially were just excellent.

Getting information prior to the tours was not clear. The tours themselves were well run but too little time at each venue and the lunch was scheduled too closely to our Uffizi Gallery tour. Luckily our tour guide called the restaurant and they were able to accommodate us at a later time. I would have liked to have time after the tours to see more of the venues but that was not possible. Next time I would book these tours separately.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. I learnt so much about Florence. Highly recommend this tour. The queues to get in to see David were very long outside but we got in within 15 minutes.

Very informative and enjoyable. I forgot our tour guide's name. I believe that she was Danish. She had such a pleasant disposition and was ready to provide extra, interesting facts when there were delays. My wife's receiver/headset kept cutting out. Our tour guide seamlessly addressed the issue by providing a backup receiver and headset -- with out interrupting the tour. She was amazing. I highly recommend this tour.

Enjoyed the vast knowledge of the guide although we had to really concentrate hard to understand her at times because of her accent.
