Guide knew his stuff, went at a just right pace. Worked out things with the bakery shop as there usual had not arrived, so we had to get nicer pastries, but at the lower price. He was a little late to start, but it was due to the rain, and he apologized. Very enthusiastic about the Duomo!

The main attraction that we wanted to visit was David but the sculpture room was breathtaking! We could not find the time we wanted on the Accademia website but we were able to secure it through HeadOut. The Headout office is just across the street from the main entrance and the staff were extremely friendly.

The museum and crypt are a must see. Great to have everything included on the one ticket. The audio guide was also excellent and having it on your phone was a step above. Shame it didn't encompass everything on the ticket.

Nice to do at our own pace but not have to queue for that experience! Enjoyed the museum although it took a while to work out the audio guide referred to a sample of exhibits only 😆. Would recommend the museum.

Veramente una bellissima esperienza! Firenze è già bellissima di suo, vista dall'alto lo è ancora di più. L'unica cosa è che salire le scale può essere impegnativo, quindi tenetene conto quando volete organizzare una visita.

The complete package, very well organised and a brilliant tour guide can't remember her named but she was the English tour guide.

Die Organisation mit den Eintritttickets war super. Alles reibungslos verlaufen. Informationen waren alle klar und deutlich auf dem Ticket geschrieben. Das einzige Negative war: Das Baptisterium war teilweise gesperrt für Renovationen Ein Teil des Doms war auf einen Teil der linken Seite gesperrt. Die Renovationsarbeiten waren im Dom extrem laut. Im Campo Monsanto waren teilweise auch ein paar Gerüste vorhanden
