Mary var vores guide i Niagara Fall - hun var så vidende og forberedt. Vi missede også vores mødetid, og hun var så venlig at lade os mødes med hende på resten af turen - hun gjorde sit arbejde med stor venlighed. Da vi ikke nåede frem til det rigtige mødested, ringede jeg til supportnummeret, og Jill var fantastisk. Hun hjalp os med at finde ud af, hvad vi skulle gøre, igen med en så behagelig tone.

Your guide was good and the content. The email sent us to the wrong place. When I called they didn't know what tour I was even talking about.

Had such a wonderful experience! Afshin, our tour guide, was very friendly and personable and not annoying at all like some tour guides are. As a tourrist, I was very excited to do all of the fun bucketlist items like getting to experince eating frozen maple syrup off a stick and of course the bretahatking view of Niagra. Hard to put into words how the eperince was, but it was memorable. I reccoemnd taking a tour because you don't have to worry about parking, or where to go. I had a great time
