Meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Jeg var faret lidt vild på vej til mødestedet, og de hjalp mig effektivt med at komme derhen, så jeg ikke gik glip af min tur. Meget taknemmelig! Turoplevelsen var meget interessant, Dinara var meget vidende og tilgængelig for at svare på eventuelle forespørgsler!

The 2 tours gave a great insight into how Rome developed and the transitions over time. The ticketing experience was not ideal as the redemption process was not clear and we did not understand the Trevi underground was a timed entry. All worked fine though in the end.

Despite some confusion with the meeting point, our tour of both the area beneath Piazza Navona and the Trevi Fountain was exceptionally good and certainly well recommended.

It is neat to see the underground water system, and having the audio in our language was helpful. It would be nice if individual ear-pieces were provided. We had some from a previous tour that we re-used. We were expecting the underground system to be larger than what was shown. It is only under 1 building, which is across from the Trevi Fountain. The entrance was difficult to find. Other than those things, the tour was good.
