Set Off From Florence

The atmosphere and natural beauty of Italy's Cinque Terre are its key draws, and each of the five towns has its own distinct character. Each village is carved into the rocky cliffside amid lush greenery that tumbles down to fishing boats in the Mediterranean. At this UNESCO World Heritage Site, you will find that the houses are many-hued, translucent coves are abundant, and the alleyways in each village are unique. Go on a once-in-a-lifetime trip from Florence.

Corniglia

Your tour will begin as you make your way to Manarola to view the vibrant buildings and lush vineyards via a walk before heading to Corniglia. Here, picture-perfect views of the sea await you once you hike to the hilltop.

Vernazza

Next, at Vernazza, you will have plenty of time to cool off with a swim in the sea, kick back at a bar, and visit a cafe. You also have the option to adventure on, on a hike that follows a two-mile mule trail, skirting the cliff.

Monterosso

As you draw toward the end of your experience, the village of Monterosso is where you will find golden sand beaches, beautiful artisan shops, local wine to sample, and numerous shops for souvenirs.

Riomaggiore

Finally, if the weather permits, your tour will end with a boat ride along the coast of Riomaggiore, giving you a quintessential view of Cinque Terre. The best snapshot to end your trip on.

Important Information

Suitable walking shoes are mandatory: sneakers, walking boots, or closed-toe shoes with non-slip soles.
Carry along swimwear and a towel if you are planning on going for a dip in the sea at Vernazza.
