Jeg tog denne tur med mine børn og kom desværre for sent til bussens mødested, jeg ringede og var i stand til at tigge og bede guiden om at vente på os i 8 minutter efter afgangstidspunktet. Jeg var meget undskyldende og nærmest grædefærdig, da vi kom ind i bussen. Jeg forventede, at guiden var oprevet, men jeg havde ærligt talt aldrig forventet at blive skældt ud over højttaleren ... guiden lagde stor vægt på at komme til tiden for at respektere alle, og hun fortsatte aggressivt i flere minutter med at fortælle, hvor vigtigt det er at komme til tiden. Jeg er klar over, at min forsinkelse forårsagede en forstyrrelse, men den måde, det blev håndteret på, var uprofessionel, uhøflig og ærligt talt bare forvirrende. Nogle mennesker er her for første gang, vi kender ikke alt til området eller har kontrol over taxaer, der aflyser og ikke dukker op. At være streng er én ting, men at være uhøflig og sårende for at være det er bare grimt.
