Enjoy a comfortable coach ride through picturesque Swiss landscapes as your guide fills you in on facts about Switzerland's history and culture. Drink in views of gently rolling vineyards and charming farming villages close to the German border. At the splendid medieval Castle Laufen, you'll get down to see the mighty Rhine Falls. Spend an hour soaking up unique views from the panoramic lift and gasping at the rumbling waters thundering into the basin below.

After this, you'll continue via Schaffhausen toward the medieval town of Stein am Rhein. A guided stroll through the well-preserved old town lets you in on the distinctive buildings and half-timbered houses. The most promiment of the houses is the White Eagle, which you'll notice has the oldest-preserved mural painting of the Renaissance in Switzerland! After some leisure time at Stein am Rhein, you'll drive back in the evening to Zürich, calling an end to your grand tour.

The return journey from the Rhine Falls to Zurich is via Germany. Passports are mandatory.

What's not allowed

Consumption of food and drinks is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

You can opt for an optional boat ride at Rhine Falls, at an additional cost of CHF 10/adult and CHF 5/child. Payment is to be made on-site since the boat ride is subject to availability. Note that the boat is not accessible for wheelchairs and prams/strollers.
