• Visitors between the ages of 12 to 15 must furnish a valid ID containing their birth date for entry.

• Complimentary entry will be extended to individuals holding disability certificates along with the option for one accompanying person to also enter for free.

• Should you wish to store your belongings, a fee of JPY 100 per item applies at the entrance ticket counter. This service is available from 9am to 4:30pm, with the last pickup at 5pm.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Please display the same at each ticket redemption point along with a valid photo ID. Students must show a valid student ID.
