Meget god punktlighed og konsekvent service, der skal forbedres, er sorteringen af mennesker, når der er 2 færger med ankomsttider på stationerne tæt på hinanden, og der mangler også på flere stationer og inde i færgerne en displaytavle, der opsummerer stoppestederne for de forskellige linjer.

Jeg er bare skuffet, fordi jeg sidder i kørestol, og da jeg bestilte mine to kort til 7 dage, betalte jeg 130 euro, og efter tidsfristen fandt jeg ud af, at jeg ikke behøvede at betale på grund af mit handicap, og at min mand som hjælper kun skulle betale 1,50 euro pr. rejse.

Jeg kunne godt lide kvaliteten af hotellerne, som er passende, selv om priserne er for høje fra april og frem. Jeg kunne ikke lide kvaliteten af maden (omkring 40 euro), som stadig er lidt dårlig, især i turistområdet. Barernes tilbud om croissanter er også sparsomme og dyre (for dyre og af lav kvalitet). Kort sagt, alt i Venedig, med få undtagelser, viser overudnyttelse af dem, der er ansvarlige for turismen.

Alilaguna Water Bus Transfers

This ticket does not have an expiry date and can be used on any date after purchase.
The ticket is valid only for one single-way journey. You can travel either to the airport or from the airport with this one-way ticket.
Please note that the Red Line is not active during winter.

Vaporetto ACTV Water Bus Pass & Mainland Bus Tickets

Tickets must be validated before boarding ACTV public transport.
The validity of ACTV Tickets and Travelcards starts from the exact moment they are first validated.
Included in the price of the ticket is the transport of 1 luggage piece, the three dimensions of which must not exceed the sum of 150cm.
Please expect delays during peak hours and high seasons.

Vaporetto ACTV Water Bus Pass & Mainland Bus Tickets

You will receive an ACTV Public Transport Services Voucher via email. Exchange this at the Venezia Unica ticket office at Piazzale Roma and redeem a paper ticket with your voucher.
You can also use the Venezia Unica self-service ticket machine present at the ticket office.
