If you are planning to visit Japan, you might be worried about the internet access and the high roaming charges. But with this Wi-Fi router rental enjoy fast and unlimited internet access for the entire duration of your trip. Upon your arrival at your chosen hotel in Japan, expect a package waiting just for you. Compatible with a range of devices including iPhones, iPads, Android smartphones, PCs, Mac laptops, and other portable consoles, this pocket Wi-Fi guarantees a Hybrid 4G LTE high-speed connection. Its battery longevity is noteworthy, offering up to 10 hours of usage, typically lasting around 8 hours based on usage.

Choose a rental plan that aligns with the length of your trip, ranging from 10 to 30 days. This tailor-made approach ensures you only pay for what you need. As your journey in Japan comes to an end, the return process is made effortless. Enclosed with your pocket Wi-Fi kit is a prepaid envelope. Simply place the Wi-Fi router, charger, and USB cable inside, seal it, and drop it into any Japanese postal box or one at the airport. With every detail thought out, your digital connection in Japan becomes one less thing to worry about.

Important Information

The device can be delivered only to hotels and hostels. Delivery to home or house accommodations is not possible. The hotel reservation must be confirmed before the device is delivered.

The following information is required for the delivery of the device: Hotel Tel number, name of person making a reservation, check-in date, and hotel reservation number. The supplier will contact you via email if there is any problem.

Reservations made after 12pm (Japan Time) on the previous day may not guarantee timely delivery of the device. For deliveries to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and Kyushu, please make a reservation at least 1 week in advance.

Airport pick-up reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance. The number of Wi-Fi routers is determined by the number of participants in the reservation. Please select 1 if you need only 1 device.

A daily fee of JPY700 will apply for late returns of the device. In case of losing the device, a flat fee of JPY25,000 will be charged.

Internet connection is required, please make sure that you can access Wi-Fi or mobile data.

The device will be delivered to your hotel in Japan. Please mention your hotel delivery details in the next step of booking.
