Ticket booking and use aas really easy and straightforward. We felt that the protocol, on arrival, could be explained a little better, a lot of people confused, ourselves included! Loved the experience itself though, staff lovely throughout, always makes such a difference. Icebar, drinks etc all super, would recommend to others.

A year-round winter wonderland

Make your way to the freezing Xtracold Icebar with your skip-the-line tickets, where everything (and we mean everything - including the furniture!), is made of ice. Walk right into this winter wonderland with ease. Upon entering, you will be given a thermal coat and gloves to help you withstand the freezing temperatures of up to -10 degrees Celsius. Your tickets include three complimentary drinks – to avail of these, you'll be given three tokens, one gold and two silver. Exchange your gold token at the front bar for any drink of your choice from the menu. You can also choose to purchase additional drinks. Once you're inside the Icebar, exchange your two silver tokens for beer, shots, or orange juice. You also get the option to upgrade your tickets to enjoy a 1-hour canal cruise in Amsterdam.

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. However, the Icebar itself is not suitable for electric wheelchairs.

The time slot you book will be your entrance time to the Icebar. The last admission will be 40 mins before closing time.
