I bought the bus and park package. I was well directed until the queue where the lady at desk 1 gave me vouchers for the yellow bus without any leaflet or explanation just tickets for the yellow bus (2 for my daughter and for me) I took the bus to the park and at the park entrance I couldn't show my voucher with the QR because the lady at desk 1 forgot to give us the vouchers. I showed what I had, i.e. the return ticket for the yellow bus. I wasted time getting other tickets. In short, all because of the lady at desk 1 who really took us for "Chinese" tourists when we were French and who didn't do her job properly. Whereas with the tourists before and after us, she was extremely kind and smiling, taking the time to inform them, she sent us away in less than 5 minutes, not doing her job properly. I'm really disappointed by this attitude. Fortunately, the park was magnificent, which made up for our disappointing morning arrival.
