I really liked both Zakopane and Chocholov. The driver was very punctual and friendly. The trip lasts about 1h and 45 min.

It's a must-see historical tour, but unfortunately we found the Birkenau camp a bit rushed, and would have liked to see the children's barracks for example.

The whole experience was very professional. Our guide for the day , a young lady who's name I didn't get was very informative. The day was very somber as she explained in detail the suffering that the prisoners had to endure. The particular tour we book I would highly recommend.

We had the most amazing day with our driver and guide Piotr. Cheese tasting in the Shepards hut (we're big cheese lovers so we really enjoyed this, very tasty!) Zakopane centre and the Tatra mountains were breathtaking, then finishing the day in the thermal baths was heavenly. Highly recommend!

Peter the driver was great, really nice person. Gave the Kraków dragon story as an addition. He knew what he was talking about. The only issue was that new tickets had to be sent out and you needed data, which I did not have (no roaming) but the Peter did help us with a manual ticket. The cheese and vodka tasting was amazing!! The cheese was salty, chewy and delicious!!

Everything was very good. I appreciated the shuttle lift from Krackow to Auschwitz and back and the east online booking and we'll organized website. One thing that could have been better was the entry to start the tours pr self guided tours, the line for tickets seemed disorganized and felt like yours should be seperate from individual tickets. Everything else made it a good experience though.

Picked up punctually at meeting point by local company used by Headout. Minibus comfortable. Great communication and updates on email and WhatsApp. Thermal Baths were suberb. Evening visit is great as not as busy. Could be more servers in outdoor pool bar (long queues). Suggest 2 towels - keep 1 in locker - the other gets damp going around. We ate pizzas which were delicious. Very relaxing.
