I got picked up at the hotel in a very comfortable car that drive me to the met up point. The bus was very comfortable and air-conditioned. Our guide was Katie, she had a good energy and you can tell she loves her job. She gives a lot of information about the conflict between the south and the noth and many other interesting facts. She vas very helpful if there was questions or if you need help with somthing. The tour in conclusion was one of the best i have been too, it was really awesome!

It was easy to get the tickets they called us the day before to let us know what time they were coming to pick us up at the hotel and picked us up from the hotel Even a few minutes in advance our guide Laura speaks English very well , she is friendly and thorough.
We visited all the points of interest and ,with some free time, we had the opportunity to buy cold drinks to cool off in the middle of summer.

Our guide, Cherry, from Kstorytour, was helpful and kind. She speaks English and Chinese very well (to the point that I thought she might be Chinese or from TW/HK). We appreciated her advice and recommendations on how to make the most out of each stop. I also appreciated how smoothly she and the company arranged tickets/admission/ferry, and the driver's smooth operation of the bus helped us feel safe. I would definitely recommend this tour again. It's a wonderful experience. The hanbok are magnificent. The visit to the palace with the hanbooks will remain one of the best memories of Seoul.
