We have reserved this trip to the Loire castles. Unfortunately while taking the metro to get to the meeting point in front of of hotel Pullman, after changing one of the lines to Metro 14 as explained in your access details , we were surprised to see the metro line had an issue and was closed for the morning on 8 February. We tried to get an alternative transport, which delayed us and finally we took a taxi directly to hotel Pullman. Unfortunately the bus has just left and we were unable to join the trip. As the transport issues related to line 14 was not depending on us , we consider this as force major situation. Although we have left at least 1.30 min in advance, we we unable to arrive on time because of this transport issue. I have immediately contacted the support team and asked for a voucher so that we can book another date instead, however, these circumstances were not taken into account and our request was rejected. At the end, we spend 200 Euros without using any of your services.
