Der Buchungsvorgang war einfach und reibungslos.
Ein Problem, das ich hatte, war: Ich habe 3 Erwachsenentickets für meine Frau, meinen Sohn und mich selbst mit einer Getränke-/Erfrischungsoption gebucht.
Am Schalter wurde nur die Option Bier angeboten, die mein Sohn und meine Frau nicht trinken. Zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung sollte klar sein, welches Getränk zur Verfügung gestellt wird oder welche Option dem Kunden angeboten werden sollte.
Ansonsten verlief alles reibungslos und ohne Probleme.

Nahtlose Erfahrung, der QE-Code in der App/PDF ist bereits Ihr Ticket, Sie können direkt zum Boarding gehen. Wir hatten auf beiden Linien meist Kabinen für uns allein, außer beim Boarding von Mount Faber in Richtung Sentosa.

While it took 2 attempts via the Headout LiveChat on 6 May 2022, Headout agent Ann honoured her promise to communicate my dietary request to the Arbora Restaurant. Keep it up! Mwanwhile, I just have one suggestion, perhaps you can increase the number of LiveChat operators as it took about 8 - 10 minutes to reach a human operator. Thank you.

Perfect couple date, would suggest maybe to not open wide the doors on each station/be seen by the queue in each station and keep the atmosphere as perfect as it is when in the sky.

Ich liebte den langsamen Aufstieg und genoss die spektakuläre Aussicht von der sich drehenden Plattform. Ride Betreiber war großartig, einnehmend, interaktiv und unterhaltsam. Guide nahm auch mehrere Bilder für alle an Bord. Vielen Dank an Sie!

I loved the entire experience. I booked the lunch/cable car combo and the package was reasonably priced. It was also very convenient in that I did not have to research places to dine as i was given 5 options to choose from. The cable car experience was also unique and enjoyable. It was amazing to view the island and city from above.

The cable car experience on both routes was good.
The bundled dining was hopeless as it required booking the restaurant & the link went to another booking service & it was impossible to find the restaurant we wanted.
In addition all the redevelopment on Sentosa made it very hard to actually find the restaurant in person. We eventually found it - Le Faubourg - & it was fantastic but the bundled offer was not much good. We wet al la carte & for a simple pizza & if was fantastic.
