Schwierig, die Repräsentanz in den ersten Platz als so überfüllt und keine Zeichen zu finden. Aber einmal gefunden die rep und der Führer vor allem waren einfach ausgezeichnet.

Getting information prior to the tours was not clear. The tours themselves were well run but too little time at each venue and the lunch was scheduled too closely to our Uffizi Gallery tour. Luckily our tour guide called the restaurant and they were able to accommodate us at a later time. I would have liked to have time after the tours to see more of the venues but that was not possible. Next time I would book these tours separately.

Der Reiseleiter war sehr sachkundig und unterhaltsam. Ich habe so viel über Florenz gelernt. Ich kann diese Tour nur empfehlen. Die Warteschlangen, um David zu sehen, waren draußen sehr lang, aber wir kamen innerhalb von 15 Minuten rein.

Very informative and enjoyable. I forgot our tour guide's name. I believe that she was Danish. She had such a pleasant disposition and was ready to provide extra, interesting facts when there were delays. My wife's receiver/headset kept cutting out. Our tour guide seamlessly addressed the issue by providing a backup receiver and headset -- with out interrupting the tour. She was amazing. I highly recommend this tour.
