Die Schönheit des Hauses selbst und die Möglichkeit, dass der Audioguide auf Portugiesisch ist. Das macht es für jeden einfacher, die Besichtigung in seinem eigenen Tempo durchzuführen.

Wir waren von den vielseitigen Informationen sehr positiv überrascht. Dieses Haus ist definitiv einen Besuch wert. Lediglich die Tatsache weit im voraus zu planen, wann man diese Sehenswürdigkeit besuchen möchte ist nicht so schön (keine spontane Entscheidung mehr möglich, da kurzfristig keine Termine frei sind)

La Pedrera ist Gaudis Magie, Jahrzehnte voraus in den Überlegungen zur Umgestaltung der Architektur. Schade, dass das schlechte Wetter - Regen - uns daran hinderte, die Terrasse zu besuchen. Eine Vorbestellung hat jedoch den Vorteil, dass man ein paar Euro auf den Eintrittspreis sparen kann.

Spektakuläre Erfahrung. Wer La Pedrera besucht, erfährt mehr über die Entscheidungen, die hinter Gaudis wichtigsten Projekten stehen. Alles wird auf eine klare und einnehmende Weise erklärt, ich war angenehm beeindruckt von den innovativen Ideen des Architekten. Ich empfehle diesen Besuch in der Casa Mila, denn dadurch wird alles noch viel deutlicher. Die Erklärungen zu diesem besonderen Haus haben mich in eine magische Dimension katapultiert. Ich hatte das Glück, die Casa Mila an einem Tag zu besuchen, an dem nur wenige Besucher anwesend waren, so dass ich diese Erfahrung sehr genießen konnte.

Head straight to the entrance of Casa Milà (La Pedrera) with your skip-the-line tickets. Switch on the 90-minute audio guide that gives you all the information about this 20th-century building and its architect, Antoni Gaudí. During your visit, see Gaudí’s extensive works at the Espai Gaudí exhibition. The Pedrera apartment lets you experience how a bourgeois family lived in Barcelona. Do not miss going to the rooftop of the building where you will be met by the distinctive corkscrew-style chimneys and a lovely view of Barcelona’s skyline.
Sant Pau Modernista
Cut past queues to enter the Sant Pau Modernista Site, a beautiful 19th-century attraction in Barcelona. Walk around this UNESCO World Heritage Site as you learn more about the site built by Lluis Domènech i Montaner by yourself. The hospital de Sant Pau functioned until 2009 and is a structure built in harmony with nature. Find an installation symbolizing a dragon on the upper floor, a tribute to the figure and work of Domènech.
The Art Nouveau architecture combined with manicured gardens and grand exhibitions makes for a pleasant visit. Go to the Sant Salvador Pavilion to see the exhibit that shows the impact this hospital had on the healthcare of Barcelona. Check out the colorful tiles, mosaics, statues, flowers, and trees that the architect believed helped patients quickly recover.
