Trotz unseres Gutscheins, der uns sagte, dass wir ihn nur vorlegen müssten, um unsere Tickets zu bekommen, war das nicht der Fall. Der sehr hilfsbereite Hop-On/Hop-Off-Mann konnte es nicht und wir mussten Ihre E-Mail abrufen und dann griff er auf das System zu, um einen QR-Code zu erhalten, mit dem die Tickets dann gedruckt werden konnten. Dies dauerte etwa 15 Minuten. Die Tour war ausgezeichnet.

Das Personal war großartig! Das Personal war sehr freundlich, respektvoll und hilfsbereit. Wünschte, die App hatte einen Abschnitt, wo wie viel Zeit wir haben für den nächsten Bus zu kommen zusammen mit Wartezeiten an Haltestellen. Ansonsten würden wir diesen Service wieder nutzen.

Wir waren ganz früh an einem sehr kalten Tag dort. Der Vorteil war, dass wir ungehindert die Tiere anschauen konnten und viele Arten noch sehr neugierig waren. Bei den Elephanten gibt es ca. Um 10h viel zu sehen, denn es wird mit Ihnen geübt, um für Untersuchungen vorbereitet zu sein.
