Die Führung war sehr informativ und das Schloss Wawel, die Krypta und die Kapelle waren sehr beeindruckend. Die Reiseleiterin ist alle Fragen der Teilnehmer gut eingegangen und die Zeit verging viel zu schnell.

Der gesamte Buchungsvorgang verlief zu 100 % reibungslos, obwohl es meine erste Headout-Buchung war. Ich würde diese Anwendung auf jeden Fall als Modell für Online-Tour-Services empfehlen. Die Informationen waren immer da, wo ich sie brauchte, ohne dass ich zu viel darüber nachdenken musste, wo ich wann sein sollte, und gerade als die geringste Möglichkeit bestand, dass ich mich verspäten könnte, klingelte das Telefon (ich war nicht zu spät, aber auch nicht zu früh) und ich bekam eine Anfrage, ob ich auf dem Weg sei. Der Fremdenführer selbst war scharfsinnig, unglaublich gut informiert, leidenschaftlich bei der Sache und ein Experte darin, Fremde durch die Wunder des Wawel zu führen.
