Food Tours in Athen

Die Besichtigung von Delphi ist beeindruckend, und das umso mehr, als wir während der Fahrt nach Delpi im Bus Erklärungen von einem ausgezeichneten, kultivierten und unterhaltsamen Führer erhalten hatten.

Der Nachteil war, dass es eine lange Tour von Athen nach Delphi war (da kann man nicht viel machen), aber der Reiseführer erzählte auf dem Weg dorthin die Geschichte von Delphi und erklärte, was wir auf dem Weg dorthin sahen und erwähnte die Geschichte der Gebiete, an denen wir vorbeikamen. Das war sowohl interessant als auch eine gute Art, sich die Zeit zu vertreiben. Bei der Besichtigung der Stätte und des Museums hatte sie gute Kenntnisse über das Gebiet und zeigte auch Bilder, wie es ausgesehen haben könnte, als es noch aktiv genutzt wurde.

Verschiedene Standorte zum Testen der Speisen und Getränke. Ich liebe die Vielfalt. Ich habe das Mittagessen im Familienstil mit der Gruppe sehr genossen, um alle lokalen Gerichte oder Favoriten zu testen. Ich habe die Erfahrung des traditionellen griechischen Kaffees genossen. Der Reiseleiter war sehr sachkundig und hat uns durch die Gegend geführt und uns die Speisen und Getränke erklärt und was sie einzigartig macht. Sehr zu empfehlen!

This tour was 4 delicious hours of tasting local greek flavors. Everything was mouth watering, I didn't want it to end. But it's more than just a culinary feast- the guide will explain everything: from the ingredients that make up your food to the hidden tavernas you MUST visit when in the city. My favorite part was visiting the spice street (maybe because I am a sucker for spices). The minute we hit the streets I knew I'd come home :') There were so many local vendors, each with their own baskets of spices. Very friendly people too, no one is over selling their products or anything. They let you sample too. What a treat. Back to Canada now but gonna be ordering Greek cuisine for a few days #FOMO haha

Christina war exzellent und die Street Food Tour war eine großartige Möglichkeit, die Stadt zu sehen und die lokale Küche und Kultur zu erleben und Restaurants zu besuchen, von denen wir nichts gewusst hätten. Sehr zu empfehlen!

There's just something about this athens street food tour that i still can't seem to get over. it's been a little over a week since I got back home and no doubt i'm still 100% in Greece on this street hopping tour. knew i had to write a review as soon as i got back. first of all make sure you carry money with you, and it helps if you have change. the streets can get pretty crowded so make sure you don't carry any valuables on you. other than that it was pretty smooth. had no trouble and of course the food was just to die for. i think im still reeling on olive oil -thankfully i picked up a bottle for myself- can't wait to start using it in EVERYTHING. i think the best wy to get to know any city is by getting to know its cuisine and get to know the locals, both of which are included on this tour. for that reason alone i would recommend this 100%

Many things about this tour to say: 1. The food market tour is an exciting touch. Even with the pandemic and its restrictions it was pretty crowded (not a bad kind of crowded) and everyone was safe. 2. LOVED our tour guide, Christina. Such a professional with such a flair for language and gave us so much additional information about where to go, where to eat, etc. 3. Tried mezes (greek tapas) for the first time- quite tasty. A little too healthy for my taste (hehe) but would definitely try it again (only in Greece though). 4. Was skeptical about taking a walking tour but it was surprisingly easy. Flat streets and a decent walk. 5. Do not forget to pick up a few things along the way for yourself. You have to pay for it yourself but ultimately worth it. I picked up a few spices and a bottle of olive oil.

Die Tour sollte um 8 Uhr morgens beginnen, aber sie begann erst um 9 Uhr. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass die Aufenthalte auf den Inseln zu kurz waren. Sehr abgehetzt. Die Yacht war sehr schön und komfortabel. Die Crew der Yacht war sehr freundlich. Das Essen und die Getränke waren auch sehr gut.
