I had booked tickets for dolphin park. I had opted for dolphin observer and sought encounter or pool experience for my wife and daughter. I had to pay 164SGD more to enable dolphin encounter for my wife and daughter. Your website did not make it adequately clear about the variations in the option.

Aquarium was awesome but Dolphin discovery information was totally incorrect. Upon arrival, they started to ask me you all booked discovery so whom you will see etc etc....I have to additionally pay for Dolphin Encounter(2 tickets) and 2 of us sit back on bench and watched it. It was totally bad experience
