Good afternoon, sorry for the delay in responding, but when I returned I had to deal immediately with issues related to my work.
The stay at the hotel was excellent, both the facilities and the friendliness of the staff, made the accommodation unbeatable.
However, I wanted to bring you a comment, which did not bother me, but it can be an inconvenience for some people. I was able to observe that, at least in the room where I stayed, #608, there was a problem with the shower compartment, since when taking a shower, the water flooded the bathroom floor.
I am an architect, with a lot of experience in construction and maintenance of buildings, and I was able to notice that the origin of this inconvenience is that the supplement that closes the union of the glass door with the fixed panel, is placed on the wrong side. Indeed, this piece of plastic is placed on the door, so that when it is closed, it leaves the union with the fixed panel open. In this way, the water from the shower drains and passes into the rest of the bathroom. If this piece is placed on the fixed panel, and the door stops on it, this joint is covered, preventing much of the water from reaching the bathroom floor.
There is another drawback, but it would not be easy to solve, and that is that the enclosure is placed on the outer edge of the shower enclosure. If it were placed on the inside, the water would drain directly into the receptacle, instead now it falls on the small step, and from there under the door to the bathroom.
I hope you understand the explanation and it can be useful to solve this problem. Due to time and language difficulties, I was not able to explain directly to the hotel staff during my stay (this letter is translated with Google Translate). I believe that solving this small inconvenience will avoid additional time in cleaning the rooms and some inconvenience for the guests.
Sincerely,
