We were there with my mum, a senior citizen, and we reached the museum 15 min before our booking time as requested by our booking, still we had to wait in the queue to start our experience for almost 45 min....other than that the staff and the museum by itself was brilliant!

Such an Amazing architectural structure! Great outing for those with young kids. The themes I took away from this experience was Outer Space, the Sun, Technology/Robotics, Cool future cars and the Amazon with relation to sustainability of our Environment/Planet. Wasn't sure about the Waha though ? The viewing deck was also a fantastic part of the whole thing. Staff all very helpful and guides very good too ! Loved the coffee robot on the ground floor ! Electronic ticketing with clever digital wristbands dispersing machine also very clever. Perhaps include digital maps around so patrons can explore what's on each floor in between the different parts of the museum. Thank you ! Was a good experience overall.

Enforce mask wearing. A man in our group was not wearing a mask (and I asked him twice to put his mask on) and the staff just ignored the man.

The stay at the hotel was excellent, both the facilities and the friendliness of the staff, made the accommodation unbeatable. However, I wanted to bring you a comment, which did not bother me, but it can be an inconvenience for some people. I was able to observe that, at least in the room where I stayed, #608, there was a problem with the shower compartment, since when taking a shower, the water flooded the bathroom floor. I am an architect, with a lot of experience in construction and maintenance of buildings, and I was able to notice that the origin of this inconvenience is that the supplement that closes the union of the glass door with the fixed panel, is placed on the wrong side. Indeed, this piece of plastic is placed on the door, so that when it is closed, it leaves the union with the fixed panel open. In this way, the water from the shower drains and passes into the rest of the bathroom. If this piece is placed on the fixed panel, and the door stops on it, this joint is covered, preventing much of the water from reaching the bathroom floor. There is another drawback, but it would not be easy to solve, and that is that the enclosure is placed on the outer edge of the shower enclosure. If it were placed on the inside, the water would drain directly into the receptacle, instead now it falls on the small step, and from there under the door to the bathroom. Museum of Future was the highlight of the Dubai trip. It really is a must visit and I urge you to book it well in advance since there really are very limited tickets avialable.

For my was an incredible expierence, the building is beautiful and iconic, but some of my friends were desapointed because they are scientists, and they expected more new information about "everyting" I love it

It was great visiting the future museum. I was expecting to be as exciting and unique from inside like outside but it was not except the ground floor/reception area. Service provided by the sraff and their organizing power is excellent. However, there is nothing much to see withing the Museum. Amazing structure and beautiful iconic building within the wonderful city of Dubai.

We were a party of 4 which included 2 teenagers. The building is spectacular and the procedure for registering was very smooth. The two teenage members of the party were particularly enthusiastic and found all the presentations very engrossing.

It was interesting and the story telling behind it makes you think about the future and how much technology advancement will occur. Good job..

Fantastic venue, waited almost 4-years to visit, I watched this project being built from scratch. A great look at the future and what life potentially has in store for us in the not-so-distant future and my children and their children. A combination of GITECH and EXPO 2022.

We were a bit disappointed about the long waiting line, although we had booked a ticket in advance with a time slot. The museum should restrict the capacity per time slot to avoid this, as we were also kept waiting throughout the tour inside the museum.

When you arrive at the Museum of the Futrure, it looks spectacular. The lobby is beautiful and the best part of the entire experience is the Space Station level. You really feel that you are one of the residents in space! My My only recommendation for the experience is to enhance the mechanical experience - I mean when the space shuttle is docking, once should feel it slightly more under our feet with scaring us! Also, I believe the lobby should have information about the chief architect, designer and the team that constructed the Museum (unless I missed it!) Otherwise, it was an amazing experience

Dubai ain wheel was not working. We paid online and when we rushed to get the the wheel they turned us awya because it was not working. We cannot get our money back right now because we leaving this week as well. We should have been notified before hand that the wheel is not working and should have been reimbursed or given another activity.

The description for Burj Khalifa felt like the coffee would be at the top. But it's at the cafe at the bottom after coming down. I felt that bit of information is bit misleading.

the waiting for entering was too long. If they assign time allots to enter one thinks it will be a short waiting. Also, the A/C was not good and it was hot in some rooms. Not enough places to have a coffee or a drink after the experience, usually the big museums have a big cafeteria. The coffee prepared by a robot increased the time too long. In any cafeteria in any country a person could make 5 coffees in the time of the robot. I suggest big cafeteria and real people serving. The arquitecture very interesting. Not places to seat until you leave, except in a room. Museums are sometimes tiring and needs places to sit down for a while. Sorry, I must say I was expecting much more... Dear Sirs, It was a holiday weekend in Dubai, so despite arriving as instructed for a 12 noon visit we had to queue for about 45 minutes. Unfortunately, the expereince was spoiled by huge numbers of people. At the same time, despite asking, nobody knew how to reimburse a senior citizen for his ticket. Despite offering Emirates ID's as stipulated in your paperwork, we were told they were NOT necessary There is NO WAY in your on-line booking system for a senior citizen [person of determination] to have a free ticket. I request compensation. Apart from the above, the building is magificent and a credit to the architects, and the personnel employed are charming and most helpful. The Museum of The Future is done very well but we thought that there were levels that needed more explanation and interaction from the staff / guide for the section. While booking the tour, the person who is booking / visiting the museum should be informed that it is over 3 hours while the free parking is only limited to 3 hours. Certain interactive sections do take a little longer due to the large crowd and othe reasons. The Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo was good but for the zoo, we were not able to view certain areas.

It was a great experience of having the Dubai Museum of the future as one of our itenerary during the vacation of my brother and my uncle from Canada. They really enjoyed the indoor museum with its magnificent building structure and its showcases inside which was really amazing. Iam glad we booked earlier and got the right timing and head on the line inmstead of lining up in the ticketing booth. Thank you headout for this. I recommend it to those who would like to have fun even if its summer and its too hot outside.

We visited IMG Park and also Meuseum of the future. Both were great. IMG is a great place for all age levels. Meuseum of the future is also a "must see" for everyone.

the Burj visit took some time, it happened way past the allotted time but I guess its always busy and people do tend to stay up longer than expected . The museum visit was well organized

Yes i am going to recommend but there is a problem with the arranged times. We went to Burj Khalifa before 19.00 that we have booked and it was full of people and no one was there from the staff to keep the arranged times. We went inside with people that bought tickets few minutes ago... So whats the reason to arrange the time of the visit? The same happened in the Museum of Future

Museum of the future is a must have in Dubai! Strongly recommended! Regarding Burj Khalifa nowadays is a huge amount of people... the elevators is not the same as few years ago, stops included ... and passing to another elevator... but coffe point on the ground level serve delicious coffe!

Dubai never disappoints and neither did our visit to Muesum of Future. It's a very nice place. If you have young-teenage children, they'll love it too. Quick tip, buy your tickets online to save big bucks. Lots of sweet deals online and definitely cheaper and quicker than buying them on-site.

Using Headout, I got last-minute tickets to the MOTF while everyone else was sold out. I was really grateful as I only had two days in Dubai. Once inside the museum, I scanned the bar codes at the self-check-in counter, got the bracelets, and voila. Super easy. This is my second time using Headout and another positive experience.

At the Museum of the Future(MOTF) we got to experience the future like never before, we saw a probable space station, the Amazon rainforest and a room for self-healing. The space station was extremely innovation in its approach, from the space probe launch to our return to earth, the final frontier is at our fingertips! At heal the DNA Library was my oersonal favorite with so many animal collections, it was a treat to try and guess each organism! At Heal self-care materializes and stands out as a reminder that humanity is togetherness and to grow we must nurture ourselves. The visit ended with real examples of innovation and growth that take place everyday and highlight the work done by innovators and scientists to bring what we need. The MOTF was wonderful, however some exhibits were unclear and an audio guide would be helpful to better move the visitors from place to place.

Museum of Future, is awesome. Gives a glimpse into the future , 2071. Has 3 chapters. Bonus chapter for kids under 10. And especially the sky deck was awesome.

I booked the 4:30 to 6:00 pm tour. Sadly due to my flight delay, I got there at 5:30! The museum people still let me in and I could see most of it. I even could not go to the next day's tour since I had another flight the day after(my transit was in Dubai). I know this might not be related to you but would be great if they extend their tour time.

Everything was perfect except the waiting time for the elevator in Burj Khalifa to come down! Obviously this is not your fault. Everything was in chaos only one person was trying to put 100s of people in order. If possible to get in touch with them please suggest that they should take more care as all the fantastic experience before goes bittersweet.

A lot of hype but mediocre delivery. Was expecting to see something sensational... was disappointed with what was on offer.

I wanted to give feedback for Dhow Cruise , at the time of booking our preference was not asked but at the time of sitting allotment we have been assigned sitting on lower deck , despite of our request to give seat to us on upper deck , it was not done , hence a little disappointment over there , your company can look into same that transparency is maintained with clients on this front , rest of the experience are good

It was awesome. Expect few more futuristic zones to be added which thrilling like feeling for oneself in adventure in space, moon etc.

My wife and I enjoyed our visit to the museum. Very well organized. We loved the way it displayed the future . An excellent experience that we had been longing for.

Fabulous day out.The tickets were really easy to book from the U.K. and the building is rightly promoted as one of the most beautiful in the world.. from first entering and meeting Peter the flying ' porpoise' to Elizabeth,the robot arm who served us coffee, we encountered wonders of sight and sound that blew us away. All of the many staff were helpful and friendly, guiding and informing us all the way.Every level has different experiences but the initial launch into the museum proper made it for me. Easy to get to by Metro and reasonably priced, it's just a wonderful way to spend a few hours. Thank you.

The aquarium and the underwater zoo didn't worth visiting. Very small and had to purchase extra entry to see the penguin and sharks closer.

Dubai never disappoints and neither did our visit! Quick tip, buy your tickets online to save big bucks. Lots of sweet deals online and definitely cheaper and quicker than buying them on-site

We visited Dubai Glow garden on 26th January evening and it rained heavily so they closed the venue and we could not see the beautiful place.We felt little dejected as it was considerable amount we lost.11 tickets were booked by me from headout. Future museuem visit was really good

With Museum of future i had a lot of expectations, when i went there it was really good but not as i hoped for . Rather than indulging in future as said it was more about lights and drama than actual future . It can show you how future can be but it can't make you feel so much . Burj khalifa : i would rather say the most over rated of all places .it was more of a being in line journey than experiencing the heights . The dubai fountain show has better vibes than that which comes for free .

We liked all the chapters. My son enjoyed specially today and tomorrow and play zone for 10years and below. Terrace view was amazib. Thanks

El Museo del Futuro esta bien para visitarlo una vez y no quedarte con la duda. Pero definitivamente no volveremos en nuestro próximo viaje a Dubai.

The experience to have the tickets booked here and than go Museum was really grand enjoyed the Museum and what they are trying to achieve. Didn't realise how huge the Museum is and the concept of the future is well presented.

Good experience. Did not have any problem at ticket office. Just scanned at entrance and we were allowed inside. Waiting was there to enter the museum but was expected due to peak times.

The experience was excellent , fun and more learnings, and my children will go back again someday if there will come a time.

Ticketing experience with head out was smooth and good, at location the best thing was availability of guiding staff at each and every point who explains and guide you throughout your tour.

Although I had some issues with payment at the beginning, everything else was smooth. Easy check-in at attractions for all discounted price. Happy!

Une problematique mondiale et globale comme d'ailleurs l'ont inscrit les Nations Unies (ODD 30), et les visions stratégiques de tous les pays ainsi que les organisations internationales et regionales. Pour le cas de UAE, on a déjà vu l'approche Vision 2071, lors de Dubai Expo 2020. Ce serait d'ailleurs intéressant de retrouver le pavillon des UAE dans l'actuel musée du futur. Parceque c'est plus proche. Par contre quand on envisage de visiter un musée, on pense plus à l'aspect culturel. Ce qui manque un peu. Le musée gagnerait à integrer les nouvelles economie comme le digital et les startup (meme si ça existe déjà), l'economie verte. La Culture... Bravo et j'espère y revenir bientôt dans le cadre professionnel. L'autorité suprême des UAE l'a buen resumé en disant le futur appartient à la creativité et l'innovation.

The price of the tickets here at Headout was reasonable but the experience at the MOTF was not worth it. It is over hyped and over priced.

The experience was good and great concepts for innovation and futuristic ideas, however it was very expensive for an experience that lasted only 1.5 hours. For £200 for a family of 6 I would have like to get at least half a day out! But I guess that's Dubai.

Both activities were different and fun. Ticketing was very simple, easy and seamless. Will do this again when we are back in Dubai again.

Dubai Frame was excellent overall but Future Museum did not live up to the expectation. We had a good start with the Shittle in Chapter 1, as we descended to the lower floors we found the guides were doing there job but not upto 100%. There was nobody to explain anything when we reached on the Gadgets floor with Audi, Air Taxi, Drones, etc. Finally we bought the complete package of the pictures but found it way too expensive. This seems to be a rip off for 3 printed copies and rest to download. I would appreciate a reply.

A lot of the knowledge that was presented is already known. I felt there could have been more on the future of medical advancement.

Expected more from the aquarium but it was better at the underwater zoo. However, no idea that the penquin experience is chargeable. Overall for the cost of tickets should have been included with the tickets.

Whilst the Frame is a fantastic structure as an experience it is somewhat lacking. A very short history of Dubai and up to the platform which was just a viewing platform and nothing else. You could do so much more, the interactive screens had photos which were out of date and did not resemble the current landscape (which could be easily rectified). The interactive table where all faulty, none of them worked. You should have more activities or information about Dubai and more information about the sites you can and can't see. Overall a very underwhelming experience.

The Dubai Frame was a little disappointing. It's basically just a lift up to a observation deck overlooking the city. Old one one side and new on the other side. The MOTF was good. Just the prices of the photos was ridiculously high.

Experience to reserve tickets with headout was excellent . But I didn't like the visits too much . But other visits with headout in Dubai was great especially View at the Palm. I thank you for your quality and I will use it again in other countries and I recommend it to other people too .

Dubai Frame & Museum of the Future are both interesting and worth a visit. BUT there's a Taxi Driver SCAMMERS on the front entry of the Dubai Frame that tourists need to be aware of. The taxi driver doesn't use meter and only accepts cash. My family and I hire the taxi cab from Dubai Frame to the Museum of the Future and charged us AED 100. Such an opportunistic driver preying on tourists. Not good reputation for the city.

The museum was fine, however I was quite exhausted while waiting in the queue downstaits for my turn to be admitted. It took more than 25 mins. standing in the queue, which was unpleasant. It was superb and very informative. The museum of future is stunningly extraordinary and really its a lifetime experience. The entry to Dubai frame was though pretty time consuming while standing in a long queue due to huge rush . However overall both the experiences were unique . The nearest metrics station to approach Dubai frame is either Max or ADCB station while the nearest metro station to reach Musuem of future is Enirates towers .

It's very difficult to get tickets for MOTF and having once failed to book on Headout's competitive site which rhymes with Look, I was skeptical about getting the tickets. But the booking process at Headout was very smooth, the customer care is also very active and accessible. MOTF is a really novel experience, it's a museum like no other, one needs a futuristic outlook to appreciate a museum of this kind, be sure to spend ample time here reading and learning about the various thoughtfully designed exhibits.

We booked combo tickets from Headout. Burj + Aquarium. The redemption process was very easy. We got it at good price compared to other places. I bought multiple other tickets from Headout and it came out be at best prices. The other good part was that the customer service is awesome, very quick response and provide best resolution. We purchased tickets through Headout and received a voucher containing a QR code. Upon arrival at the Dubai Frame and Museum of the Future, we presented the ticket, they scanned the QR code, and granted us entry to both venues. The process was smooth and hassle-free.

I loved absolutely everything the preparation for the future in advance especially the trash truck turning into a bridge or platform. It blew my mind away and congratulations to the stakeholders who were involved.

We had booked ombined ticket for Museum of Future and Burj Khalifa. Witnessing the sunset from top was great and fountain show and city with lights after sunset was awesum. We felt it was worth visiting in prime time. Museum of future was a wonderful experience. Very impressive museum.

The view from 124 and 125th floor of Burj Khalifa was magnificent but the place was badly organised. We pre-booked a 10:30 entry on Sunday. Had to queue 15 mins for presenting the QR code to get in and then another half an hour for the lift to take you up to 125th floor. It was so crowded that nearly every window was blocked with people taking photos. After viewing, had to line up again for taking the lift down. I agree that it is a must-go destination in Dubai, just that the whole experience was not so good. For the Museum of the Future, the building itself is architectural beauty. It was designed as a gateway to future world. With exhibitions to let you think about the environmental issues we are facing today. A nice place to bring kids to. If you expect some top-edge technology inside, it may let you down.

Pentru mine aceasta experienta a fost una mediocra as putea spune. Muzeul este mare, plin de lucrurii interesante insa foarte slab puse in valoare. Cea mai dezamagitoare parte pot spune ca a fost chiar robotul care se presupune ca stie orice insa nu stia aproape nimic si era limitat in raspunsuri. Am vazut multe chestii interesante insa niciuna nu pot spune ca a fost ceva ce m-a fascinat foarte mult. Am apreciat cel mai mult amabilitatea, pregatirea si implicarea angajatilor. De asemenea singurul lucru interesant mi s-a parut introducerea cu capsula timpului. Daca as putea nu as mai repeta experienta pentru acest pret. Clar este o experienta extra-evaluata pentru ceea ce include.

Le musée du futur et la Dubaï Frame sont des incontournables à faire lors d'un séjour à Dubaï. Nous avons apprécié les 2 visites, la visite du musée du futur étant bien plus longue que celle du cadre. Seul regret, ne pas avoir pu acheter une reproduction du musée du futur aux couleurs originales, inox avec lignes noires mais disponibles en moindre qualité dans les souks.

Das (insbesondere von außen) spektakuläre und vermutlich einzigartige Gebäude des Museum of Future ist grundsätzlich einen Besuch wert. Die Ausstellung ist Ideenreich und gut gemacht - ob allerdings das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis von 38€ pro Erwachsenem für 90 Minuten Anwesenheit angemessen ist, muss jeder für sich selbst entscheiden...

Wir mussten uns nicht in die Warteschlange stellen Das Museum ist sehr interessant und die Ausstellungen haben uns gut gefallen.

We booked tickets via head out and everything went smoothly, except they did not email us our quick pass, for Ferrari World. We had to contact Headout from Ferrari World and get it emailed to us and we wasted almost and hour doing all these formalities. Apart from this mishap everything went well, faced no problem.

I visited the museum of the future, the art museum and La perla show. Everyhting was really great. The only thing I can suggest you is to add one small option in the museum of the future, I think it will be better to offer people a small device, like in many other museums, that will translate into their native languages, a kind of audio guide, because not all people speak English. Ticketing experience was wonderful however penguin cove closes at 2000 hours but ticket said access to all including penguin cove till 2000

The tour's format, which combined guided and self-guided components, was exceptionally well-received. The lecturers demonstrated a high level of enthusiasm and expertise in their respective subjects. Headout was a lifesaver as I wasn't able to find tickets on the same day when i booked around 5pm. But the MUSEUM OF THE FUTURE wasn't as impressive as i would have expected. It is good but not WOW!

The activity was for family and of good value. The annoying part was there was too many places which needed extra money for pictures and other activities.

The exhibits were really futuristic and the whole experience was really unique. It's worth the time to go around whole museum. The architecture is a treat to the eyes.

Der Burji Khalifa bietet eine super Aussicht u d wir hätten solange bleiben dürfen, wie wir wollen, aber der Eintrittspreis ist doch sehr hoch. Da wir allerdings keine Wartezeiten hatten, waren wir mit unserem Ausflug auf die 124 und 125 Etage sehr zufrieden.

It's a beautiful concept which gives us a sneak peek into the possible future. All the challenges they have highlighted are the actual ones which the next generations have to be ready to solve

Truly nicely organized tour of the entire building. remember to arrive 30Min before your timing, if you arrive too early you won’t be able to get the wrist band from automatic machine you need to visit the counter to collect. there will be an introduction video and lift ride to top floor, then you will be visiting floor by floor downwards. you will be able to experience the vision to the future. About the taxi situation. taking taxi once you complete the visit will be harder as normal taxi won’t wait in front of the building, even we book the taxi using the app instead of assigning a caption you will get a 6-digit code to show to captain, where no captain is available and so many people waiting to catch taxi. so better walk bit future towards train station to book the taxi

O museu do futuro é um show a parte, e o frame ao chegar lá em cima uma surpresa. Gostei muito dos dois. Uma dica compre seus ingressos e marque para visitar na parte da manhã, depois das 12:00 ambos ficam lotados.

It was an amazing experience and a must-see in Dubai. It is worth seeing the views from Burj Khalifa and the unusual animals in the Aquarium and the Underwater Zoo. This is a great attraction for people of all ages.

Initially, we got asked to hand in our backpack which took a long time to register, and then once inside, we see that many people had their backpacks. So this was disappointing in that it appears that there is not the same treatment of visitors, where some were able to take their backpacks in and some were not. The Museum of the Future was underwhelming, I was expecting more spectacular exhibits. There was not much time for the interactive parts and I felt that we were rushed through. The Frame was an unexpected surprise that we vould go to the viewing platform at the top of The Frame, and this was awesome, as well as the glass floor looking down. It would have been good to have more information about the construction of The Frame.

Exhibits enhanced our knowledge. Presentation was systematic and well organized. Exposure was of Future technology . Very impressive.

The fish in the entrance hall....and then they disappeared. I'm so glad I didn't pay for fast pass, as the experience was only just ok. ** there was nothing wrong with the audio guide...I had to tick something to submit my review** My reasons to state why it was just 'ok' were not were not an option on the feedback

I loved it ,while everyone else stood in line to get tickets I already had mine and it was just a quick scan and off you go.

The Burj Khalifa and underwater zoo experience was amazing. Must have experience. Only request to Headout is to mention exact floors in Dubai mall where we can enter these places. Finding entries on busy days is quite troublesome.
