We were there with my mum, a senior citizen, and we reached the museum 15 min before our booking time as requested by our booking, still we had to wait in the queue to start our experience for almost 45 min....other than that the staff and the museum by itself was brilliant!

Such an Amazing architectural structure! Great outing for those with young kids. The themes I took away from this experience was Outer Space, the Sun, Technology/Robotics, Cool future cars and the Amazon with relation to sustainability of our Environment/Planet. Wasn't sure about the Waha though ? The viewing deck was also a fantastic part of the whole thing. Staff all very helpful and guides very good too ! Loved the coffee robot on the ground floor ! Electronic ticketing with clever digital wristbands dispersing machine also very clever. Perhaps include digital maps around so patrons can explore what's on each floor in between the different parts of the museum. Thank you ! Was a good experience overall.

Enforce mask wearing. A man in our group was not wearing a mask (and I asked him twice to put his mask on) and the staff just ignored the man.

The staff was super helpful as he assisted us in booking our ticket. He also advised us how long it takes to have a good experience at the museum.

Museum of Future was the highlight of the Dubai trip. It really is a must visit and I urge you to book it well in advance since there really are very limited tickets avialable.

For my was an incredible expierence, the building is beautiful and iconic, but some of my friends were desapointed because they are scientists, and they expected more new information about "everyting" I love it

It was great visiting the future museum. I was expecting to be as exciting and unique from inside like outside but it was not except the ground floor/reception area. It was something new but for what we've seen to expensive. We love going to museums, but this is the first time we've paid Euro 40 per person.

Service provided by the sraff and their organizing power is excellent. However, there is nothing much to see withing the Museum. Amazing structure and beautiful iconic building within the wonderful city of Dubai.

Pros: -Communication, and booking easy. -Taxi driver exactly on time - Ibtissam Tour Guide Awsome, excellent french language, good knowledge about Tour details, and very friendly and open mind. - Lunch at the restaurant for the price was OK It was s Top Tour .
