The View from The Shard: Tickets

Every member of staff SMILED ! Engaged! Polite and helpful! Oh my. So unusual these days- such a "win" to experience because now so rare.

Apart from the fact that the view, as expected, was awesome, all the personnel was great and make us feel very comfortable. Great place to enjoy a drink.

Efficient/ good communication and value for money

An overall excellent booking experience and the package at the Shard was also excellent and was a very smooth process

Long queue to get in, which meant that did not get in time for sunset (which was suposed to happen after the scheduled entry time). Tried to get a refund before going up do to this delay and was told it was not possible. Later was told by staff that my online tickets were not usable in the entry and had to change them by physical ones at the counter (which is contrary to instructions on online ticket). After all of this, and after my complaint, the staff made me go to the back of the queue in the entry, which meant that I got to the top quite late and it was already dark.
