Beautiful experience, lots of food to choose from, it would be advisable to point out the dress code required when booking. Men long trousers and women long skirts, flip flops are forbidden

Ticketing was great, it worked as expected. The issue is the restaurant food was cold! all the main courses were served room temperature at best!

Extra costs on even a coke.. very money oriented. And also food was not that great. Only thing I really enjoyed was the view and the icecream

Online ticket purchase experience was nice but at the time of checkin even 10.15 mins before staffs did not allow us to go up . Our booking was at 8.30 pm so when we got permission to go us for dinner the deck was already closed at 9.30 pm after the dinner . This should have properly communicated by the ground staff to anybody coming in .

Kindly wear smart-casual or easy-glam clothes. Admission is at the discretion of the management. The preferred dress code for men in the restaurant is collared shirts and long pants. Please refrain from wearing singlets, unkempt or tattered T-shirts, shorts, flip-flops, and sooty runners.
The Observation Deck (TH04) at KL Tower will be closed for maintenance starting December 10, 2024, until further notice.
