Well-marked departure point, Westminster/Greenwich cruise started on time, pleasant and competent staff, spacious boat, interesting and humorous English commentary, small downside: dirty windows, had to go outside to get unmarked photos.

Very pleasant experience, with a funny and nice captain ("not a guide, a simple member of the crew" 🙂).
Easy to purchase the ticket, even if the ticket was not checke-in 🤔
If you buy a return ticket, half an hour is not enough to visit the Royal Observatory and to enjoy the marvelous Greenwich. Better buy a one way ticket!

It was an original and fabulous experience.
We were very well received, and the boat left perfectly on time.
Suggested improvements :
- provide headphones for a presentation of the monuments and neighborhoods seen from the boat
- make it possible to request special menus (vegan, for example) in advance, as I didn't have this option when ordering.

Three hours of absolute bliss. Whoever thought the Thames could generate such sparks ;) this cruise is ideal for couples everywhere

Our trip was wonderful...a superb couple of hours enjoying the view...lovely food and brilliant service. The commentary was excellent.

The cruise on the Thames provides a different view of some of the main sights of London, which is great. The food was good! I would recommend a child's meal option for children under 12 and a more reduced overall ticket price for this age category.
Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing experience and would definitely recommend it.

Very informative and lovely setting with good service of drinks and food. Saw parts of London we would not have seen and lots of information that we would not have known.

The food was absolutely amazing, I'm a very fussy eater but me and my husband ate the lot! We liked that the tour guide wasn't too serious and had a laugh.
I feel that there should be the option to book to sit window side rather than just luck.
