The view over Budapest was magnificent. However, the music was too loud and the singer sang out of tune... the meal was banal... The experience lasted 2 hours instead of the 3 indicated on the ticket. Service was a bit rushed... the windows don't allow an unobstructed view, so you have to go out onto the pontoon.

We had a brilliant time . Head out kept us continuing informing us on where we needed to be and of our booking . The sights of the Danube were amazing and entertainment excellent

The best thing was being able to enjoy views of the grand buildings along the Danube floodlit, especially the Parliament building which was breathtaking. We'd paid extra for a window seat and although this was an expensive add on it was well worth it. The meal was good and the service excellent - very attentive and friendly. Drinks prices were reasonable. We didn't opt for the package as we didn't think we'd drink 60 euros worth and we were right. I was also impressed with the organisation as although we were early we were greeted and shown how to acess the waiting room - I'd anticipated waiting at the quayside. The 3-hour cruise was in fact the same 90 minute cruise twice whilst some of the guests on the upper deck left and others arrived. The feeling of starting again was a bit odd, though I appreciate the reasons for it. But I was ready to disembark about half an hour before the end of the cruise - it felt a bit extended. Oherwise, a really memorable evening.
