The ticketing and boarding processes were chaotic and poorly managed. Overall cruise was great once we got aboard. Food was mediocre but the band and scenery were great

Service was very good. The show was fine. Food was good. But the night cruise (which costs more) lacked the views i thought i will see. E g the big budhaa was not lit so we did not see it. But we saw the bridge and some other tempkes.
