Your experience

Day 1: Boarding in bliss

Boarding begins at 4pm at the Marina Bay Cruise Centre, where concierge guests enjoy priority check-in and boarding through a dedicated station. Settle into your elegantly appointed concierge stateroom or suite, designed for ultimate comfort. The main bedrooms feature king-sized beds and spacious living areas, while select accommodations offer a secondary bedroom with its own entrance and bathroom for added privacy. After settling in, explore the ship’s many entertainment areas or unwind in the exclusive Concierge Lounge, where complimentary refreshments and dedicated staff are available. Enjoy your first rotational dining experience at one of three themed restaurants before ending the night with a Broadway-quality live show and a spectacular fireworks display at sea.

Day 2: Relax, play, and dine

Start the morning with breakfast in a private concierge area or at one of the main dining venues. Spend the day indulging in exclusive amenities, including the secluded sundeck, a tranquil space to relax with ocean views. Kids and teens can explore specially designed clubs, while adults can visit high-end retail stores, the exclusive fitness center, or the luxurious spa for a day of pampering.

The day is filled with entertainment, from deck parties and character meet-and-greets. As a concierge guest, you have priority access to onboard experiences and reservations. Enjoy another exceptional dining experience at a different-themed restaurant.

Day 3: More magic & Concierge perks

Spend time exploring the ship’s themed areas, indulging in a spa treatment or taking in more entertainment and activities. The concierge team is always available to assist with any requests, from booking excursions to arranging special celebrations. As the cruise nears its end, take in the farewell celebration, a special event filled with music, entertainment, and a final opportunity to see your favorite Disney characters. Day 4: Return to Singapore

At 7am, enjoy a final breakfast before disembarking in Singapore. With priority concierge departure services, your journey ends as seamlessly as it began, leaving you with unforgettable memories of your Disney adventure at sea.

Each stateroom must have at least one passenger who is over the age of 18 years.
All passports must have at least 6 months of validity till the end of the cruise date.
Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount.
All guests must be more than 6 months old on the day of sailing.
Use the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app or website to view and manage your booking after receiving your reservation code.
Link your booking to your Disney account for easy access, and contact customer support for any changes.
Check in 30 days prior to the sailing date for first-time cruises on Disney Cruise Line’s website and select your preferred Port Arrival time. Please note that you will not be able to access the terminal prior to your port arrival time.
Returning guests are encouraged to check their Disney Castaway Club membership status to find out when your check-in window begins.
To arrange a special celebration, log in to My Reservations on the Disney Cruise official website, select ‘Special Requests’, and fill out of the form. Orders must be received at least 48 hours prior to departure.
Different pricing is available for guests aged 0-2, 3-12, and 13+. Simply select the number and ages of guests during booking to ensure accurate pricing.
