With the online ticket, which you can download from the app with ease, you are able to quickly access the wonderful dolmabahce palace. Bring an ID with you because it is required to get the free audio guide. The visit to the palace is done independently by following a marked and predetermined route. With the same ticket you can visit the harem and the exhibition of paintings. Highly recommended!

Great audio tour that introduced so much history and directed us to fascinating areas of the Hagia Sophia, such as the Viking graffiti. Wonderful to be able to skip such an enormous queue to get in, well worth it!

In fact, I saved a few minutes at the ticket line, although I then lost the time as it was not clear to me where I had to pick up the ticket.... So, overall, it was not helpful to me at all.

It was not mentioned anywhere in the booking that a passport had to be submitted to get the audio guide. Because of that we didnt take it to the place, and we were not able to get the audio guide even if we payed for it. My suggestion is to mention this in the booking description so that visitors like us will not face such a situation.

I really liked the mosque but there was a problem with the audio guide, the internet was not working properly and could not be heard well.

Hagia Sofia

You skip the ticket lines but you cannot skip the security check.
The security check can take up to 60 minutes during peak seasons.
The prayer area on the first floor can only be entered by Turkish citizens.
Women are required to cover their knees, shoulders, and chest. Hair should be partially covered with a scarf.
Men are required to cover their knees and shoulders.
If you do not have a scarf or body cover, you can buy them at the entrance (A scarf is €2 and a body cover is €3).

Due to the Friday prayer, the Mosque will be closed to tourists from 12pm to 2pm. For a smoother experience, it's recommend visiting after 4pm to avoid the lengthy security line anticipated between 2pm and 4pm.
