Dolphin Island & Adventure Cove Water Park Tickets

These tickets can't be cancelled or rescheduled.

What to bring

• Participants should carry swimwear and a change of clothes.

What's not allowed

• Jewelry and other accessories are not permitted during the dolphin experiences.

• Photography and videography are not allowed, but an official photographer will be available onsite to capture the experience.

• Food and drinks from outside Adventure Cove are not permitted inside the water park, except Baby food, formulas, and food for guests with special dietary requirements.

Accessibility

• The dolphin experiences are suitable for non-swimmers.

Additional information

• The Dolphin Observer program is exclusively reserved for guests with friends and family participating in the Dolphin Discovery or Encounter Programs.

• Children must be at least 4 years old to participate in any of the dolphin experiences.

• Small lockers will be provided, while larger lockers are chargeable.

For the Dolphin Encounter

• Children under 4 years can participate when accompanied by a paying adult.

• A paying adult above 21 years must accompany children under 13 years.

In the Dolphin Discovery program

• Participants must meet a minimum height requirement of 110cm.

• A paying adult above 21 years must accompany children aged 4-12 years during the interaction with the marine animals.

For the Dolphin Observer

• A paying adult above 21 years must accompany children under 13 years.

• The duration of the experience will depend on the main participant's program.

• Each paying adult may supervise up to three children during any of the dolphin experiences.

For Adventure Cove Water Park

• A paying adult must accompany children under the height of 122 centimeters at all times.

• Paid lockers are available throughout Adventure Cove.

• Refer to the park map before visiting.

• The Big Bucket Treehouse in Adventure Cove Waterpark will be closed for maintenance on March 5, 2025 (Wednesday), and will reopen on March 6, 2025 (Thursday).

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the attraction.
