The time table for the bus was not met, and we spend a really long time in one bus stop to wait for the next bus, which was delayed. Due to that, we were not able to finish the tour and missed the remaining attractions

Smooth process, less queues in the morning. Nice museum before you go up. Stunning views over both new and old part of Dubai. Fountain in the front. Park nearby to sit and relax. Overall a great experience.

Instant confirmation for the tickets, the attraction was moderately crowded but headout already informed us of this , appreciate that. The frame was exceptional, the city view from the top and from the elevator, the walkable glass, it was a great experience

It was lovely to see Dubai through a different lens and from the height of the Dubai Frame. It is resonalblly priced and you can take a lovely walk through the park afterwards.

We wanted to start our trip from the Frame but there was no sign anywhere to know where the bus would stop, so we had to take a taxi to Burjuman. Not acceptable not to have a sign. The rest was nice.
