A trip down the lanes of Game of Thrones
Take a walk through King’s Landing, the capital of the Seven Kingdoms on this exciting Game of Thrones tour through Dubrovnik. The capital of Westeros demanded a unique paradise with a sunny, Mediterranean climate, crystal-clear waters, and large amounts of limestone.
As you begin your tour from Pile Square, you’ll first visit Gradac, the set for King Joffrey’s wedding. Climb into the Lovrijenac fortress next, aka the Red Keep, a solid fortified red structure that overlooks the Black Water Bay and Narrow Sea.
This walking tour provides you with an exclusive look from a director’s standpoint, comparing freeze-frames to their real-life locations. Continue further down the stairs to the small bay Šulić, where Myrcella left King’s Landing. Traipse through the streets of Old Town, where you’ll notice the brothel where Prince Oberyn spent his time and the infamous staircase of “the Walk of Shame”, where Cersei was shamed by the people. Before your tour ends, you’ll have the opportunity to sit on a replica of the Iron Throne and capture an Instagram-worthy picture for yourself!
