So much for skip the line. Turned up early- but had to wait for an hour past our booked time before getting entry. Overcrowded meant long delays and very poor experience. Then after descent into Duomo, we discovered it was closed for "an officisl event" that had been planned for weeks! (Archbidhops inaugeration). These tickets should never have been sold, as impossible to experience what had been contractually sold. FRAUD

The terraces are accessible by wheelchair only up to the first terrace, which includes limited access to the back choir area. Descent may require using stairs.
