Important Information

• In order to facilitate the surveillance of the Public Security Authorities for access to the Cathedral, please empty the pockets of metal objects and open the suitcases.

• Tickets have a duration of 3 days from the chosen date.

• Each visiting area can be visited only once.

• The opening hours of the Historical Complex may vary due to celebrations or events.

Restrictions

• Strict Dress Code: Guests are not allowed to enter in shorts or sleeveless shirts.

• Note that the following are not allowed: suitcases, bulky backpacks, any kind of weapon, glass and ceramic, helmets, scooters, drones, food and beverages.

• Daily: 9am to 7pm (last admission at 6:10pm)

• Closed on Dec 25.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Please display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the attraction.

Ticket Redemption Point

Collect your audioguide before your visit to the Duomo as follows -

• From Mon to Fri from 9am to 4.30pm at the Duomo Ticket Office, Piazza Duomo 14A, 20122 Milan. Return of devices within 6pm.

• Sat and Sun from 10am to 4pm at the Audioguide Desk inside the Cathedral. Return of the devices to the ticket office within 6pm.

• From 26 Dec 2021 to 9 Jan 2022 from 10am to 4pm at the Audioguide Desk inside the Cathedral. Return of the devices to the ticket office within 6pm.

Outside these hours, the rental service is always active at the Ticket Office.

To rent the audio guide, an identity document is required as a security deposit.
