Accessibility: Assistive listening devices are available on a first-come, first-served basis.Access and accessibility: Admission tickets grant access to various observation areas, but do not include the City Climb experience, which requires separate tickets and is available only for those aged 13 and older. Edge is fully wheelchair accessible, and service animals are permitted.

The Edge NYC has one entrance, located at the ground level of 30 Hudson Yards. The entrance is on the west side of the building, facing the Hudson River. Visitors can access the entrance from the plaza outside the building.
The last elevator ride is 50 minutes before closing at 10:10pm.
