General admission tickets require selecting a specific time slot for entry. If you aren’t sure how your day will look, booking the Flexible Entry Ticket allows you to access the observation deck at a time of your choosing within operating hours.
Assistive listening devices are available on a first-come, first-served basis.Access and accessibility: Admission tickets grant access to various observation areas, but do not include the City Climb experience, which requires separate tickets and is available only for those aged 13 and older. Edge is fully wheelchair accessible, and service animals are permitted.
Keep some buffer time aside to accommodate for the long waiting times in queues, especially during peak hours and weekends when it can take up to 2 hours to enter. Visiting on weekdays in the morning during opening at 9am or early afternoon is recommended for shorter waits.
There is no time limit on how long you can stay at Edge; however, expect to spend at least 1-2 hours at the observation deck to fully enjoy the views and features.
If planning to catch the sunset, arrive at least 2 hours early due to high demand. Make sure to check daily sunset times before booking since it can vary between as early as 4:40pm on some days in January to as late as 8:30pm in June.
