- The tour is recommended for children over 8 years old, but entry is always at the parent or guardian's discretion.
- Safety is a priority so this experience is restricted for guests under the age of 4 years.
- Children between 5 and 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years old at all times

- As the Dungeon is very dark and the floor is often uneven, guests with visual impairments, and blind and partially sighted visitors may have difficulty navigating around the facility.
