Finding both tour guides proved to be quite challenging. For the Eiffel Tower tour, we unfortunately missed over 30 minutes due to difficulty locating the guide. However, once we connected with Chloe, she was absolutely wonderful—knowledgeable and engaging. For the palace tour, despite arriving 45 minutes early, we were unable to find the guide. We sought assistance from multiple people, including guides from other companies, who mentioned that the meeting spot directions were unclear. Ultimately, we entered on our own and purchased additional audio guides to navigate the experience. While we appreciated the content of the tours we managed to attend, the lack of clear directions significantly impacted our experience. I hope this feedback helps improve future guests' experiences.

We had an awesome guide who waited just a few extra minutes for us. We were late because we were at the meeting place at which Headout told us to be. Headout isn't Really your "trusted" ticket seller then.

Expected something but more than amazing experience

The Eiffel Tower is the only timed experience of this combo and will require you to be there at the exact given time. The Seine cruise tickets are valid for the entire day and can be redeemed at your convenience.

Once you’re done enjoying the views on the 2nd level of the Eiffel Tower, you may take the elevators back down. Fair warning, these can have long queues. If you wish to bypass these long lines, we’d suggest you take the stairs down.

Your cruise is also inclusive of audio commentary, thus making this a holistic experience. The Seine Cruise tickets can be picked up from your host at the meeting point.
