Having dinner on the Eiffel Tower was an amazing experience for our family to remember during our visit to Paris. The restaurant staff were very kind and professional. We enjoyed ourselves, even though we felt a little bit cramed into the space, were sitting with other people, and didn't get sat by the window--so it was difficult to enjoy the view. I was hoping to also get a ticket to go to the top of the tower, but the spaces for our time slot apparently sold out the minute they went on-line. The ticketing experience for Madame Brasserie was made easy and convenient with excellent guidance from Headout. Thank you, we had a nice time!

Wonderful experience, absolutely worth it. In a non-formal but at the same time elegant setting, we were served for most of the evening by Meryom (if I remember the name correctly) a very courteous and helpful young Italian girl, smiling, she put us immediately at ease. Service perhaps slightly fastidious (nothing excessive eh) if you really want to find the nitpicking, but on the other hand at 11 o'clock the tower closes and even visitors to the restaurant are required to come down for safety issues. We were struck by a blue lobster and linguini dish, with its bisque, which was truly spectacular.View original review in Italian

Going up the Eiffel Tower, and dining inside the "Madame Brasserie" restaurant was a truly emotional experience, from the welcome of the staff to the service. But what stays most in the heart besides what is served, is knowing that you are dining inside a representative monument of the city and enjoying a special view. We were served the entire dinner by Gianluca, an Italian guy and being Italian we really appreciated him. Polite polite and knowledgeable guy, he explained everything we were going to eat and drink all the way through dinner. Rated 10 for Gianluca.
