The buses were plentiful & a great relief at the end of a long day. We used the service several times and finished our adventure with a sunset trip along the Hudson River back to 50th street. The pre book at Empire State Building was stress free & we got right in with little wait. Will definitely suggest this to everyone I know ... We Love NYC!!

An Overhyped Experience Our visit to the Empire State Building was, unfortunately, underwhelming. While the views of New York City from the observation deck were impressive, the experience overall felt average at best. The biggest drawback was the overwhelming crowd. From the long lines to the packed observation areas, it was difficult to fully enjoy the iconic skyline. The congestion made it hard to find a good spot for photos or take in the scenery without feeling rushed. Additionally, the cost of the visit didn’t seem justified. For the price of admission, we expected a smoother and more enjoyable experience. While the historical significance of the building is undeniable, the overall visit felt more like a tourist trap than a memorable highlight. If you’re set on visiting, perhaps aim for non-peak hours or consider other observation decks in the city that may offer a better value and experience.

2nd time I've been, first time was awesome could see for miles, 2nd time was cloudy couldn't see anything but still loved everything about it, from King Kong and reading and seeing the history of it being built and the wonderful film of famous people who'd been there, well done, really enjoyed everything about my day, would definitely recommend a visit to anyone.

Enjoy a memorable day exploring New York’s top attractions, including the Empire State Building, without the stress of planning your commute.
