Validity
- The Empire State Building tickets are valid for an year from your scheduled date of visit.
- The 9/11 memorial tickets are valid only for the date and time for which you’ve made the booking.
Timings
- The 9/11 Memorial Museum is open from 9 AM - 8 PM with last entry at 6 PM from Sunday-Thursday. On Friday and Saturday the museum is open from 9 AM - 9 PM with the last entry at 7 PM.
- The Empire State Building Observatory is open from 8 AM - 2 AM with the last admission at 1:15 AM.
Age Restrictions
Although the 9/11 Tribute Center has no age restrictions, it is not recommended for children under 10 years of age.
