Nos impresionaron mucho todas las exposiciones, incluida la cueva de hielo y el espectáculo de auroras boreales. El personal era encantador, acogedor y flexible. Llegamos tarde por dejar una maleta en el autobús. Pero después de una mañana estresante, nos acomodaron una hora más tarde de lo previsto. Cuando el hombre del mostrador de recepción se dio cuenta de que no entendía bien la explicación en inglés, me preguntó cuál era mi lengua materna y a continuación sacó un tablero explicativo en japonés, que me explicó detenidamente para que le hiciera una foto con mi cámara. Cuando tuve problemas para leer el código QR de mi pulsera, me ayudó. Me alegré porque era sonriente y muy amable. En la exposición, me impresionó especialmente la aurora boreal del planetario.
