Explore Lake Bled
Continue to the resort town of Bled, nestled in the Julian Alps. Visit the impressive Bled Castle, perched atop a cliff 130 meters above Lake Bled. Explore the castle, which is like a museum, and enjoy the views of the Julian Alps and the church. Enjoy a stroll along the lake shores and choose to ride a traditional Pletna boat at an additional cost or visit the Church of the Assumption of Mary on the island. In the summer, swim in the lake's crystal-clear waters. Try the Kremna rezina, the famous cream cake from Bled, one of the symbols of this city.
