Entradas Zoo Melaka

Creía que había pagado las entradas que elegí el 2 de enero, pero las entradas tenían fecha del día 5 en que las compré. Asi que obviamente algo paso. ¡¡¡S9 cuando en la puerta teniamos que recomprar entradas como las que pague con ustedes caducaron!!! Muy decepcionante. Así que ahora estamos fuera de bolsillo por el precio total de estos boletos

photo taken there should make example of aquaria klcc...visitor will not confirm whether they buy the photo or not..so dont print it yet...just display it on a screen first show the visitor, if they want to buy then just print the photo..so no waste paper and clean environment. Furthermore, if they want to buy the photo, prepared soft copy of the photo just like aquaria klcc did. they give link/qr code for the visitor who pay the photo to see/download them in sofcopy

Staff at counter didn't know that zoo malacca ticket can be booked online. He responed "booked online??booking kat mana ya? Headout? Website zoo??, etc..i felt like did i just being scam by website..something like that... Redeem online ticket is taking much more time compared to buy it direct at the counter..i being transferred to another counter.. Phewwww

Why at counter just rm38 but online rm48. Entonces el código qr no se puede usar y hay que ir al mostrador y cambiarlo por el recibo. Pague extra pero no gane nada, no vale la pena.

why need to que up again if already purchased tickets online? wasting time.. long queue.. plus rainy day with kids.. we should just showing the qr code to enter instead of need to que up again to get the wrist bands.. we are now in year 2023 but system still..... thanks

Poor management during ticket redemption.can't redeem since I just bought the ticket.staff at counter told to wait for at least 1 hour to redeem physical ticket. Then I can't refund online ticket

Perbanyakkan lagi haiwan di zoo..sangat kecewa sebab banyak haiwan yang tiada
