Un esperienza davvero unica! Fare colazione sulla torre è veramente emozionante. Inoltre il ristorante stellato offre piatti e atmosfera all'altezza delle aspettative. Il tempo a disposizione è più che sufficiente per vivere il momento in relax. La guida è arrivata al punto di incontro in orario e ci ha accompagnati ai controlli di sicurezza per l'entrata dedicata. Non fare la fila è un bel vantaggio.

You should be honest. The experience did not include what you promised it includes. We didnt get the chance to spend any time at second floor of ET as you promised in your service, as IT WAS NOT ALLOWED. I need you to reimbursed the money taken for 4 people to cover that service. You cannot do this according to european law, what you promised in your service and we pay for is what you MUST deliver. So please be quick to reimbursed what you havent delivered
