Artecard Campania: Pase 2 Museos

El mapa da acceso a muchos sitios, pero las explicaciones sobre cómo utilizarlos no son explícitas. Necesita mejoras.

Hola Estuvo bien, pero habría que encontrar la manera de no tener que dar cada vez la dirección de correo electrónico y el código. Y sería mejor durante 4 días, lo que corresponde a una visita completa de la ciudad y sus alrededores.

Artecard Campania \ Naples should not be bought from this vendor. You pay extra and only get delays in getting your card assigned in the app - vendor will wait till last minute to hide the fact that it's basically a scam to get you to pay extra cash for offer from another vendor (Artecard). This is partly to blame due to Artecard app that is badly positioned online and in google store. Just install Artecard mobile app (it's not perfect but functional) and buy the card for less there without waiting for someone on the support line to activate the card for you (waste of time and money).

Funcionó todo perfecto. Sin problemas 👍🏽 una (gran) cosa que no me ha gustado : el proceso de activación es demasiado largo. en mi caso : escribir via whatsapp con el equipo, descargar la app, registrarme con mis datos personales y enviar el mail de registro de vuelta al equipo. Para mí no es un gran problema, pero creo que las personas mayores tendrán un problema con eso sin duda.

Easy to use the artecard and we had a wonderful visit to Pompei. Spent the whole day there and parked our car at the nearby europark which was good value. Pompei was everything we thought it would be and will visit again if we come to this area

Fue muy fácil utilizar la artecard en el tren, e igual de fácil visitar las increíbles atracciones de Pompeya y Herculano.

We visited some great sites and used public transport in Naples.

The app did not permit me to login in to access the pass QR codes 9/10 times I tried and you are required to login to view the passes every time you travel on public transport - you can't screenshot as a unique QR code is generated for every use. The online portal was only marginally better. You'd be better off purchasing individual train/bus tickets for the price and the amount of time wasted standing outside of train/bus stops trying to log into the app. Even when I was able to login in and access the QR codes most of the scanners didn't recognise them as a valid form of ticket.
