Desde Nápoles: Entradas para el Monte Vesubio con traslados de ida y vuelta

Fue agradable viajar directamente en autobús. Sólo el tiempo pasado en el Monte Vesubio fue demasiado corto. El guía turístico y el conductor eran buenos.

La guía de habla alemana en Pompeya fue sencillamente excepcional e hizo que el paseo por Pompeya bajo un sol abrasador fuera una experiencia inolvidable.

En general todo bien. Quizá sería mejor recibir las entradas en la aplicación (para Pompeya). Llegamos en tren y tuvimos que caminar hasta la otra entrada. Para Ercolano fue mejor porque recibimos las entradas por correo electrónico. La excursión al Vesuvio fue buena. El punto de encuentro era el indicado, el conductor nos llevó con seguridad a la cima. El guía que está incluido no forma parte de la excursión, pero hay que encontrarlo en la cima. Quizás 30-60 minutos más en la cima estaría bien.

I found the meeting point easily and we left on time for Vesuvius. We were a big international group but once we arrived at the volcano it was every man and woman for himself. A volcanologist presentation was included in the ticket but it was up to us to find him/her on the top after the climb. I didn't hear everything the volcanologist had to say because time was pressing and I wanted to do the full walk around the volcano. Our group had 1.40 hours to climb and explore. One negative point is no one warns that there are no public toilets at the volcano. To use a toilet you have to buy a souvenir (and the choice wasn't great) in a shop because toilets were reserved for customers. But as a whole I found it quite practical to book a tour instead of trying to go there on my own. I recommend.

Once we arrived we had to wait for the tickets to arrive on the next bus. The young man from the tour operator told us there would be guides up at the top but there were none and those we met were on our way down when we had to get back to the bus! Disappointing.

No me gustó nada, en realidad es un fraude. Pagué por una visita guiada con traslados, y sencillamente la visita guiada no existió, solo consistió en traslado. Un total engaño, no volveré a contratar nada con esta empresa.

The volcano. This is the second trip Ive booked with Headstart and it was worse than the last one. I like your app but awful providers.

Partenza da Napoli prevista ore 9.20, ci siamo presentati alle 9.00 come richiesto, siamo partiti alle 9.50, siamo arrivati lì alle 10.30 e appena arrivati l'autista ci dice che alle 11.45 è prevista la partenza. Bene, ci vogliono circa 25/30 minuti a salire, attesa di 15 minuti per l'arrivo della guida (che è stata gentilissima e molto preparata), abbiamo cominciato la visita al vulcano con la guida, finito la visita e la passeggiata intorno al vulcano in 30 minuti, siamo scesi giù correndo impiegando 15 minuti... bus partito e perso! Non ci sono più bus per Napoli, ci hanno proposto di attendere un ora per prendere il bus per Pompei e di lì prendere i mezzi per ritornare a Napoli, abbiamo preso un taxi e speso 100€ in due per ritornare più in fretta possibile a Napoli altrimenti avremmo perso il pomeriggio per gli spostamenti. A proposito, sul vulcano i telefoni non prendono quindi scordatevi l'assistenza telefonica. Ps. l'elegante pulmino previsto per lo spostamento da Napoli al Vesuvio e ritorno è un'esperienza!!! Peccato che questa escursione sia stata rovinata dall'eccessiva approssimazione nella gestione degli spostamenti. La vista dal vulcano è stupenda ma non abbiamo potuto goderne se non per pochissimi frangenti. Male, molto male.

Todo fue perfecto. La lanzadera de traslado llegó con suficiente antelación al punto de encuentro (frente al Hotel Ramada, Nápoles). Conductor (Aniello) cortés y amable, que nos dio alguna información sobre el Vesubio por adelantado. Desafiante pero hermosa ruta de senderismo con vistas impresionantes. Guía completa con descripciones detalladas, aunque un poco corta. Fascinante llegada al cono. Magnífica experiencia.

We did thoroughly enjoy our trip to Mt Vesuvius, it was spectacular once we got to the summit with incredible views overlooking Naples and the surrounding sites. However , our minibus was 45 mins late and there wasn't any communication as to when the driver was arriving. We felt quite rushed to get around the site, we didn't feel we had time to take a break at the summit to get food and a sit down. The minibus wasn't of great quality but the journey is relatively short (around 40 mins). The inclusions also mentions an English speaking guide at the crater which isn't part of this package, this is simply just transport and a ticket to the volcano. However, this did suit our requirements but it should be clearer in the description.

We were picked up on time and had a great hike up to the hill. Even tho it's crowded the view over Napoli is quite rewarding.

The experience was good in that the driver was nice and on time, all ok to find. However, the weather was pretty bad (not the fault of the tour operator) and we saw absolutely nothing at the top. The Vesuvius tour was not guided either, so we did not have any proper information.

La subida al Vesubio fue increíble, pero sólo tuvimos 1,40 minutos en total, lo que no fue suficiente para hacer las dos partes guiadas. Nos recogieron en Nápoles y teníamos que estar allí a las 9.05 para una salida a las 9.20. El conductor no apareció para recogernos hasta casi las 9.25. El conductor no vino a recogernos hasta casi las 9.25, así que pensamos que se habían olvidado de nosotros. Nos llevaron hasta Pompeya para recoger a más gente y luego de vuelta al Vesubio. Así que, en lugar de empezar a subir al Vesubio a las 9.50, no lo hicimos hasta las 10.55. Una hora más tarde, y todo un día de retraso. Una hora más tarde y una hora más de calor. Si hubiéramos cogido el autobús de enlace desde la estación circumvesuviana como ofrecen otras excursiones, habríamos ido directamente allí y habríamos tenido dos horas antes de tener que volver, así que habríamos tenido más tiempo para hacer la segunda guía, que estaba incluida en nuestro billete pero para la que no hubo tiempo.

Era un grupo pequeño y la recogida fue puntual. Hubo tiempo suficiente para subir al Vesubio y volver al punto de entrega... todo fue como la seda y sin duda recomendaría headout, ¡era la primera vez que reservaba pero definitivamente no será la última!
