Reseña del parque acuático Wild Wadi de Dubai Wild Wadi Waterpark es un lugar increíble para pasar un día divertido. El lugar está impresionantemente cuidado y limpio, con un entorno bien mantenido que hace que la experiencia sea agradable de principio a fin. Uno de los aspectos más destacados es la hermosa vista en primer plano del emblemático Burj Al Arab, que crea un impresionante telón de fondo para el día. La selección de atracciones es emocionante y divertida, pero me quedé con ganas de que hubiera más opciones para mantener la emoción. En general, Wild Wadi ofrece una gran mezcla de relajación y aventura, y merece la pena visitarlo tanto para familias como para amantes de las emociones fuertes.

Got a good deal. The Wild Wadi Waterpark has been around for awhile and knows what it’s doing. The rides are fabulous and there are some good snacking options. Recommend this place for families.

School was out for summer and all the kids in my apartment building were excited about visiting Wild Wadi Waterpark in Jumeirah Road. All of us parents did our own research about getting the cheapest tickets which is when I discovered Headout. The tickets were certainly cheap but I had doubts about trusting a new app. I contacted Headout’s customer support and they quite deftly assuaged all my doubts about the app’s credibility. Now, the app has become our apartment complex’s favourite.

Suggest going on a Friday since the park stays open later (until 10). It’s nice to arrive in the afternoon since the weather is better.

I used the website to book the tickets but accidentally ended up booking an extra ticket. I panicked and called the Headout customer support team immediately. The person I spoke to was super helpful and made sure to guide me through the entire double booking cancellation process. Loved the waterpark too :P

I had previously used Headout to book tickets for a desert safari a couple of months back and was quite happy with the experience, so I decided to book with them again. Seems they have the best prices for Wild Wadi. Takes only two minutes to book with the app.

Wild Wadi turned out to be better than expected. Dubai has a reputation of having the most amazing entertainment and fun attractions and now I would say rightly so! The waterpark has some of the most thrilling rides I have ever been on. The Jumeirah Scheirah is just out of this world.

Wild Wadi Waterpark is definitely a good day trip that gets you out of the house without having to deal with the heat. The tickets immediately came to my inbox and I just had to show a valid photo ID to gain entry. All in all an A+.

The wild wadi is our go to place for a fun day outing. Working out of Dubai there are a ton of options for having fun but this is always perfect for that hot summer day. I always choose the app for booking my tickets.

We got the entry pass and took the additional cabana for rent at the venue. It’s a relief to have your own private space to relax and chill in between the rides. You get discounts on the app so you can always spend a few extra bucks for that comfort.

It’s a very kid friendly park. You don’t always have to be on your toes to ensure their safety; there are enough lifeguards on duty. I preferred to get the day pass for spending the full day out at the park.

This was the second time at Wild Wadi and this one was so much better. For starters I booked online for the first time on Headout. It started off well as I got discounts this time and then I chose to go a Wednesday which meant fewer people and a relaxing atmosphere.

There are always comparisons with the Atlantis but Wild Wadi has its own uniqueness. I loved the waterpark and its rides. The jumeirah slide is fantastic and totally worth the money.

After a lot of deliberation decided to go in for an online booking. We had to wait for too long the last time just to book the tickets at the venue. Headout has the best rates and they throw in a lot of discounts too.

Almost all the rides are suitable for kids and can be enjoyed together as a family. It’s also not too big that one can get lost in it. The food is also hygienic and tasty.

The whole experience was amazing at wild wadi waterpark; the tickets were very easy to acquire; my only issue is there isn’t any information regarding the pick up or and drop off times for the transfers option therefore we chose the “no transfers” option. In addition, on the no transfer option it said tickets can be shown on a mobile, whereas on the transfers option it said they had to be printed.

Wild Wadi is the best way to enjoy the weekend, we stay in Dubai yet we enjoy going out to the parks with the kids every now and then. With headout our costs have gotten cheaper.

We had some issues with the ticket we purchased through your website but it was very quickly resolved by the staff members at the entrance gate. The water park was good. It was a bit smaller than expected but we still had a good day out.

Purchasing experience was easy and good. Confirmation email was received swiftly and no complications at Wild Wadi entry gate. Only criticism is that there was no option for purchasing tickets for kids under 1.1m so we had to purchase adult ticket even though the child could not use most of the rides at the water park.

Hi, I have been here several times, in 2008, 2015, 2018 and in 2021. Not much did change. I think you have wonderful attractions and lot's to play with it. The beds (matrass) are really old now, needs to be changed. Kicked out at 6 pm is really too early. At least keep it open until 8 pm. Why? No one likes to go there in the burning sun, after 3 pm the weather is better, and paying a full ticket for only 3 hours is really too much. Thanks

We were glad to book with you in advance. You should offer or at least mention the option "FAST PASs" to your clients, because the waiting line for the main attraction was extremely long and very unpleasant for children (around 1,5 hrs!) Thank you!

The Wild Wadi water park was a nice change of pace. It is well laid out and clean. However, our twins were very disappointed. My son is not "over 1.1cm" and my daughter is, he was just missing 1cm, so he really wasn't allowed to go down any slides, even the slow ones. The only thing he was allowed to use was the wave pool and the kids landscape. The restaurant selection was very limited. The only place open that day was the "fast food" burger place.... Not good at all. No healthy choices.

We decided last minute to go to wild wadi as I had family members visiting from abroad. It was fast and easy to book. Tickets were delivered almost instantly and there was no hassle getting inside to park.

I booked very last minute and thought that I wouldnt receive my tickets but I somehow got it within 20 minutes which was amazing. Also the check-in process was very simple and quick. Would recommend using headout, they are very reliable in my opinion.

Easy to book with headout, instantly got our tickets. We had to print them though. And received 5% discount for the next tour. Wild Wadi is nice, enough to spend a few hours. We used 4 rides. There are not many if you are an adult.

It was an awesome experience. We got easy entry and enjoyed alot inside, Not too much crowd. As promised since my booking was with Meal. The meal was also upto the mark and satisfactory with Burger with Fries and Drink or Water. Only extra expense was for locker which I paid. Overall experience was perfect and with all covid-19 precautions in place.

Actually, I bought the tickets through Headout to my son and his friends as an Eid givt. They trip to wild wadi and they had had an amazing time full of fun. It's worth it and the whole experience from buying the tickets and using was joyful. The children love it especially it includes a meal. The waterpark is nice. Expected more for location and price. We booked a ticket included a meal. You could choose a couple things from a different menu. The food wasn't that good unfortunately. Overall we had a nice day and enjoyed the attractions.

Well the place is great. But I think it's a bit over crowded with visitors. You should keep a limited number of visitors to avoid crowds. There was also shortage in sun beds. On a different note, the booking website did not mention the minimum age of buying tickets, so I ended up short on 1 ticket for my daughter. This also prevented me to purchase ticket with meal as it's available only online. Thx

We are fans of water parks. In each country we visit we try to find it. In Dubai we went to World Adventure, Wild Wadi and Lgouna ...Each of them are very different but still enjoyable. It was my second time in one month. First time was with my friend and his kids and second time with my daughter and cousin and i had a BLAST in both times and looking forward for another visit P.S: I only suggest that u post a warning for people with medical conditions "ex. Heart problems" next to jumeira scream cause it's quite scary

Really fun and friendly staff, Eugene was so nice to my daughter's when they went on Geramia Scream as they were scared and he reassured them that they would be ok. Overall it was a fun day but would of been better if there was more rides.

Really quick and easy booking. We booked tickets an hour before setting off with limited WiFi reception so was a little worried about when the tickets would come. They arrived literally within minutes of booking. No problem getting in. Job done!

prices of this very low quality food in this waterpark are insane. Even half price would be too much. Water park is nice, but I will not come back because of issues with food. Generaly speaking we didnt get what would be expected for the price of ticket. I prefer other places

The experience was fantastic. The discount was excellent when compared to the actual price I would have paid at the park. I had a small issue though. I did not receive our e-tickets in my email. I had to contact customer support. Customer support was quick, efficient and very helpful. We had fun. I will use headout again.

I did not receive the tickets until the visit day. I tried all ways to chat or contact you by phone but I could not. When ever I request the chat bot to resend the tickets I don't receive them. After several trials and after I installed the app and try contact us from there I received them.

Really enjoyed this as a family outing for 10 of us, age range 6 to 72. Mid Feb, the 3PM outing wasn't too hot and we were back long before the evening chill set in. Nice paddle up the main channel from their pontoon by the golf course, through a few mangrove side channels including some 'tunnels'. Sit on top canoes, so your posteriors are likely to get a bit damp but water was very warm. Quite pricey, though normal by Dubai standards, but we all considered it well worth it. Very competent, knowledgable and relaxed guide.

With a 5 yo and It was a windy day and the areas where we had to queue could have been sheltered from the wind. Also the water bucket and spray water were cold, especially in the wind. Not a criticism as nature is what it is but maybe you could make some adjustments. In the evening My 5 yo said she didn't enjoy the park because she was too cold.

Simple to book and everything worked. Would prefer to just receive a QR code for the booking on the phone as opposed to a pdf with a barcode. That was the only small issue - but nothing that cannot be solved.

I'm happy that I've chosen Dubai for my last trip with my friends.. We had a awesome day. The only thing I did not like was the fact, that the meal deal was limited to Burgers. That was not transparent, when we booked the tickets. Prices in the park are way to high & lockers should be free.

We had a fast check-in and well-served by Wild Wadi staff who quickly scanned the reservation bar codes and let us skip the long line at reception. Though the water park was crowded during our visit and it had nothing with Headout, overall experience was better than our previous visit in 2020.

well, the first disappointing part was waiting long in line under the burning sun, even though i got the tickets online, got the most expensive out of the 2 options were available. but apparently there is something in the barcode that just comes by LUCK PURELY, makes u wait under the burning sun in line or FAST ACCESS! whats the point of getting the tickets online if im going to wait with those who are going to get the tickets on site??? waited almost 45mins for that!! doesnt make any sense to be honest. later on it was a good water park experience. the food options that came with the tickets were honestly less than average, the food was bearly eatable.

We had a blast at Wild Wadi. The different water slides were all so much fun! Also, we had spectacular views which included the Burj Al Arab. The staff were AMAZING, super helpful! The queue on entry was a little slow, splitting up between ticket holders and non ticket holders would be a good idea. Would also welcome another slide or two for older children/adults. Overall a great experience and will continue to recommend!

In both events there were some rides and food places closed which gave us not enough choice. Very disappointing because of this. Also at Wild Wadi we had to queue at the entrance for one hour with people who needed to buy tickets, even though we had prepurchased tickets.

The initial queue for tickets was too long. A tour guide was getting 70 tickets so took out a lane completely and it'll o priority lane for those of us who had pre paid. Why bother pre paying?

We booked the Wild Wadi watermark via Headout. It all went smooth, noproblems to report. Tickets were immediately available and made the check-in in the watermark very easy and fast. Would recommend this service to everyone

I acknowledge that the fast-pass ticket is an option to purchase however, there were a handful of visitors who stayed on the same ride. Staff did not advise the individuals that they should be limited to a specific number of times on the same ride in a set time. This resulted in large queues for the ride - very much unfair on other paying customers.

I did a lot of online research before buying park tickets here. The tickets were sent to my phone almost immediately and all I had to do at the parks were show the codes. Very simple and easy. We were actually standing behind a couple at the waterpark who also had online tickets. Unfortunately theirs were not accepted at the gate. The girl behind the counter said that the park was not affiliated with the site they had purchased them from and the couple had to pay to get in. We panicked as for a moment I thought we were going to face the same problem. This was not the case. The headout tickets were accepted immediately and without any problem whatsoever. We got through the gate swiftly and with zero problems. We are definately going to buy all our park tickets from headout in the future, so buy yours with confidence.

Awesome adventure place is very pleasant, the people working always with a smile. Definitely will make a come back in the future. They have a very clean area the sun umbrellas were available almost all over. The ground and was safe to leave the items, brought with me.

Fantastic experience, I wondered the too much automation of controlling the level of the water every end of round of the game, the pumping with that stability, the supply chain, the maintenance .. everything .. really good project, nice design like an old building, nice built of like mountain I lost my glass & I'd reported to their "lost & found" 2nd day they called me they found it I went there yesterday & collected it

Generally I had a good time between 1.30 pm and 5,30 pm. There was some issues of maintenance at the lockers area, as well as the some doors of the washrooms doesn't close. I wish you solve these issues. I wish you all the best. 🤞🏼 Nabeel

Wild Wadi was great fun and the queues not too long. The ticket experience from head out was easy, straightforward and good value. We had the medium combo meal included with the ticket. We were unsure where the meal could be used in Wild Wadi, so instructions for future ticket buyers would be helpful. Overall an excellent experience.

The overall experience was good, we went for the ticket and food combo, however, the choice of food was very limited. Only 3 burgers or 1 hotdog, although there was only 2 out the 3 (no beef) burgers available. We enjoyed Wild Wadi as a day out, however, water rides we very similar, only one Adult slide which isn't on tubes.

Booking was easy, no issue with tickets. Would say price is a bit misleading as it's converted at headouts rate which did not align with what was quoted but in saying that still cheaper than buying direct from the park.

I waited for an hour for my first set of tickets. I contacted you online support 3 times to the tickets. It's unsettling to pay online and one does not receive tickets almost immediately. When I paid for my second ticket I was given a discount that was less than the AED 92 that I was promised from my first purchase. This is not right because then I didn't get may full cash back and yet that's what I was entitled to . The second ticket I bought however can immediately after I paid.

We have purchased tickets when we get to the waterpark front door. While I expected to get the tickets as soon as I purchase them, it tooks abt 20-30 minutes. Waiting for the tickes there under the very hot sun and humid climate was so difficult that we even decided to take tickets from the park and forgot our purchase. Regardless of the that waiting, the whole experience was very good and we enjoyed our they there.

The food and drinks are very expensive for family , the rides were not enough for my 2 and 4 years old kids, even though the price is same like for adult ticket for my 4 years old child, he had only 3-4 rides in the park which he had to be accompanied with parent, we were expecting more rides but actually park was smaller than I thought

We had a fun day at Wild Wadi, the queue la for some rides were busy but no more than 30 mins. The kids enjoyed the wave pool. Splash park and wild wadi river ride. All in all a good and and would recommend.

Lovely experience.. booked from headout. Had a smooth entry. Booked a large locker which costed around 60 Aed. The water rides were awesome. Sunscreen is a must. Take mobile water cover alongwith you if you want to take pictures from your mobile..also take proper swimwear, goggles, nose clip (optional) , sandals and a water bottle. That will save you unnecessary expense. The washrooms and changing rooms were clean. Loved the lazy river (Juahs river). Flood ride was awesome. Jumeirah scream was scary but a short one and you wont regret it. Overall a wonderful experience. Recommended to book beforehand.
